Food was great! Service was a little unorganized but they opened recently so I?m sure it will improve.
This a great new addition to the waterfront. The food and the service are both very good. We had a couple of breakfast items for... dinner and they were fantastic. The Monte Cristo is nice and tender with lots of flavor. It was served with a fresh and brightstrawberry jam. The chicken and waffles was also very good. Excellent flavor for all of the items. We will be coming back manytimes there is a lot of delicious sounding items on the menu. Read more
Food tasted terrible. Came in for breakfast and the hostess, who was at the podium, did not greet us or say hello. We had to... initiate the conversation with her which was awkward. They do not offer alternative milk like soy or oat for coffee. I had to goto Kafiex down the street after breakfast to get an oat latte. I had the Vegetarian Omelette and it tasted so bland and Icouldn?t even finish it because it was so terrible. The hash browns were burned on the bottom. I then found a beard hair in myketchup which ruined my appetite so I didn?t finish my meal. I know the restaurant opened not too long ago but they have a longway to go. Read more
Came in on a Monday. Used to live in Seattle, so this was a nostalgic experience. French onion soup was amazing. Wife had the... two eggs, with hash browns which were very crispy. Just the way she likes it. Was a bit cold in there but that seems to be anissue that is getting worked on. Brand new building and brand new hotel. Read more
This place just opened, going through the new restaurant ups & downs. The hostess said ten min wait. After watching 3 other... parties come in and get seated I asked another hostess who said we weren?t on the list? She was apologetic and seated usimmediately. A little wait for our server but finally got our coffee. Our server Gavin was very nice and attentive. The foodwas good not super hot but not cold. My omelette was cooked to my perfection, good flavor. Breakfast was a little pricey-$47 for2 people, not including tip - no thanks. At this time if you go, dress warm as their heat doesn?t seem to be working, so it wasrather chilly. They did have floor heaters but it was still cold. I would go back but will probably wait a few months to letthem work out the kinks. Read more
I don't know why people are roasting 13 coins. Dined here with 5 other people the day before Thanksgiving and the food was... great. They didn't have the bananas foster French toast, but Danisha the server was really nice and able to recommend anotherdish, the excellent chicken and waffles. The chicken was lightly breaded and nice and crisp. The waffles were fluffy anddelicious. They brought everything out quickly. Really well decorated and cute, a nice leather and wood vibe. Jimi the managercame out to check on us and apologized (unnecessarily) for the dish they were out of. Seriously, for being open less than aweek I'm impressed. Will definitely be back in the future. As the reviews say, it has potential. The food was good however everything was cold. This place needs to get more organized and... fast. For the price point, avoid this place until they get their act together. We sat in the bar and the service was good.Suggestion to the restaurant, freeze your martini glasses. A martini shouldn?t be lukewarm. Read more
