The service was excellent. My husband ordered the whiskey burger w/1.00 boneless wings. Which by the way were good. I ordered... Broccoli Chicken Pasta Alfredo with garlic bread sticks. The pasta was good. But the bread sticks were not bread sticks.. Tastedlike donut dough, fried. Didn't taste garlic. Would not recommend. Fancy app wants to track you on the way over for curbside. Give ?em your vehicle description and good to go. Nope. Not one... person came out while cars parked 6 deep. Don?t waste your time here unless you want cold food sitting on a shelf while you waitoutside. Read more
Food was good, service was awful!!! We were greeted after waiting at the front door and told we would be seated in the bar. ... When asked for a table, it was obviously an imposition. Order taker was fine but food came without silverware, incorrectcondiments/preparation. Further, we asked for a printed receipt and the waitress disappeared and no one was available to help. I got the 2 for $25 entree with an appetizer.. my 2 entrees were the riblet plate and the classic bacon cheeseburger and the... appetizer was boneless wings. Well I asked for my burger to have no pink and it was pink inside. And plus on top of that all myfood was cold. I'm never gonna eat from here again. Read more
Decided on a whim to visit, particularly so as their hours meant we wouldn't be given the bums rush as soon as our food... arrived. Waitress was very nice, and had a good sense of humor. She made sure we lacked for nothing, regularly checking in on useven with a fairly busy section. Appetizer came quickly, with entrees soon to follow. Quick turnaround on the couple itemsrequested and that was that. She continued to check in on her pass thrus to the kitchen, and when it was time for the bill bothof us appreciated her efficiency in delivering. Will definitely visit again. Read more
My girlfriend and I ate at Applebee's for about the second time ever. I ordered the baby back ribs and she ordered the nachos.... She did not eat her nachos due to being way too salty and jus awful. I took a taste and they we're bad. I ordered my ribs withsauce on the side. The meat looked precooked, they were dry and tough as if they had been reheated in a microwave. The waitressreimbursed us for the nachos without having to ask her to do so... that was very sweet of her. We were really disappointed withthe food quality. The service was excellent. I would have rated with a one star but because of the service I gave it a threestar. We will never eat at this Applebee's again. Read more
