I didn't really get started on this whole reviewing thing until this last year. I've been going to this Applebee's almost once... every event I have out here for the last couple of years. So I'm certain I'm at 4+ visits and finally reviewing. I have beenvery satisfied with every visit. The wait time was low, the food was great, the servers were amazing, the price wasn't bad, theatmosphere was low lit and enjoyable, and I will continue to try and attend here at least once a year minimum when out at myevent. I had a really awful experience here about 2-3 weeks ago now. My family and I went there for dinner and happy hour. I ordered a... club sandwich, my mom had ordered wings, and my dad had ordered a salad. Only the salad came out fine, both my mom and I had tosend her food back. Mom's food was cold and they had made my sandwich wrong. Our waitress did bring my mom's food but not myfood. After 15 minutes had passed both my mom and dad had finished their food and my food was still MIA. This was after themanager came over 15-20 minutes ago (before the waitress) assuring that the kitchen was remaking it and the sandwich would beout in just a few minutes. Our waitress passed by several times during this whole thing, with my place clearly empty, and neversaid a word. After our dinner the manager came over, mumbled some sort of incoherent apology (something about the chef makingtwo sandwiches?? I couldn't understand her). Read more
Great food great service. Of course, I come in on a regular basis and order the same items. The steak is good for the price, low... fat content, cooked always the right way, medium rare, no need for sauce, baked potato and bourbon street chicken and steakalways good. I always sit in the bar because they always have the best service. Good service always results in good tips. Read more
Johna was very efficient but not over bearing. Once seated got our drink order and then return with them and took.our meal... order. Was able to return with our food shortly. Good service. Will return and hopefully will have Johna as our server Read more
Waitress was great, however good was not. Potatoes looked and tasted like they were dehydrated and brought back to life. No... flavor. Friends' meal had issues. The kitchen sent out raw uncooked onions, not sauteed and liquid butter that was cold. How canliquid butter be liquid straight out of a cooler. Not sure that will go back. Worst restaurant experience EVER! The picture honestly speaks for the foods quality, but ill add a little more. The burgers were... cooked somewhere in-between Well-Done and Burnt. Everything was extremally greasy and didn't taste anything like it should have.Our Waitress was horribly rude! Took about 3-5 for drinks to be refilled after requesting so and staff were just standing aroundinstead of checking on their tables. The manger was at least profesional dealing with the situation fast. (Removing part of thebill) But never did the restaurant apologize for this grossly negligent mistake. I will never go to one of these restaurantsagain and recommend you stay clear as well. Read more
Our server was absolutely GREAT. Boneless wings appetizer came out faster than our drink order and was right around room temp.... She quickly made the issue right. Her service is the only reason I would consider earing at that restaurant again. Read more
