ONE person running the counter AND the Drive up window. Took over 30 minutes to order and get served. I got it to go and after... I drove away, I find they got my order wrong! No napkins, ketchup, or horsey sauce in the self serve counter either. Sad. Nocustomer service. Definately not a "Fast Food" place! Read more

Maybe it was a bad day. The drive thru took longer than anywhere I've been thus far... and yes I realize there are staffing... problems everywhere. The food wasn't bad except that I ordered cheese with the curly fries. There wasn't enough cheese for 2fries, so I asked for more. The person was clearly annoyed and gave me,begrudgingly slightly more. Inside the establishment,it sounded like they were having a huge party. It's a bad side of the freeway.. need to find another Arby's. It was my secondtime there, because the first time wasn't great either.... and again wasn't a pleasant experience. Read more

Just ate and almost every item was cold, the only things that were warm was the fries and mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was delicious but my soda was warm and had no ice. I was told when I got to the window that they were out of ice. If I... had known that when I ordered the drink I wouldn't have ordered it. They refused to take it back, and still charged me for it.Not happy. Read more

After waiting over 10min at the front door that only said that "dining room closed earlier due to short staff" a drive thru... worker finally popped his head out to tell us it was closed "it says it's closed on the door" even though its not posted.Thankfully jack in the box next door has actual signs posted. I have a message for the general manager at store 6886: You are a lousy manager who doesn?t deserve to work in customer service... or to train employees. I pulled into the drive through line at around 6:45. There was no one behind me. It was 94 degreesand there were 4-5 cars in front of me. When I got to the order box the speaker announced it was 7:00 and they were closed. Istayed in the drive thru line while 4-5 cars ahead of me picked up their orders. Then a nice young man with dark curly haircame out and asked if I had ordered yet. I explained what had happened and that I was in line before 7:00. He said he wassorry but his general manager would not let him take my order. Hey general manager, way to do as little as possible. Read more

I missed the order menu twice cause it's kinda I'm the wrong spot I think and it's like you have to do 2 circles around by the... time your done in drive thru. I miss the ham and cheese sauce melts too. Good Location open for dining in. Well lit and kept. Read more

Never had to wait so long for fast food; went mid day with no line, ordered one sandwhich and drink, and the 6 employees working... didn't seem to know what they were doing. Everyone was rude, and despite there being no customers and feeling over staffed thewait was over 20 minutes and the food cold. I know its hard working in fast food, but there was not a single reason I couldthink of for the service being as bad as it was. Read more
