The workers here deserve better. They work so hard and its clear management does not care about them. The store had no AC and... they were expected to work in over 100° weather, I couldn't imagine having to make coffee in that heat. Easily the WORST coffee shop in Vancouver! The conditions are not unlike those in the depths of hell. They have no AC on a 105°... day??? I was on the verge of tears as the ice in my coffee melted before my very eyes. Don't waste your time here if you careabout the employee's comfort or your own! I can't believe the manager would force anyone to work in such conditions. Personally,I wouldn't take that, but that's just me. I award them one star, and may God have mercy on their soul. Read more
I came in the shop and it was very hot! Not just warm, but so hot I almost left before getting my drink. The service was great... although and one girl named Vienna was a wonderful help! Read more

Better than Starbucks. Tried ordering a pretty simple blended drink that just wasn't as loaded with sugar as normal. Starbucks... failed this twice and just made it the same as normal, tasted super super sweet. Blackrock did it much better, I asked for just10% of the sweetness. And they delivered, tasted much less sweet. Read more
Great coffee and great service! Stopped in here as an option that wasn?t Starbucks (which is across the street). This was our... first time trying it and we liked the look of the shop from the outside. Inside has a cool vibe and friendly people. I orderedblack coffee (I know I?m boring) and my wife had the black and white mocha. Both drinks were great and came out fast. They havea few tables to sit at and the drive thru was pretty steady, but moving. I?d come back here if I am in the area. Thanks BlackRock! Read more
Black Rock has a great selection of coffee and cold drink options. This location is actually preferred for us as it sits in... between many of the businesses we frequent. Staff is super cool, pleasant to speak with and they always have a great positiveenergy about them. Love coming here just for the customer experience if nothing else. Custom drinks are encouraged and the staffis always willing to offer suggestions. Read more
This place has the best chai tea! I can not drink coffee anymore and I was really missing a peppermint mocha I decided to try... asking for a peppermint chai with chocolate drizzle. It was amazing!! Pretty close to how the coffee mochas taste!! And theyeven put a cute note on top!! Read more
