Great location. Awesome burgerville location, food is always great, service is excellent. There's a wide range of burgers,... from fish to black bean. The fries are great, hope they bring back the steak fries eventually. Read more

Love Burgerville but not this one. Fries over cooked and cheese not melted on burger. While I'm at it, I miss the handcut... fries. They're more in line with the mission and price. I've visited the franchise infrequently since they made the switch. Read more

It was delicious! I'm new to the area so had to check out the Walla Walla onion rings which were exceptional, the marionberry... shake was also one of the best shakes I've ever had, despite the name i did not try the burgers this time around but cancertainly say everything else was great! Love fresh and local fast food? This chain is worthy of a stop on any road trip through Northern Oregon, Southern Washington... area. They even have non dairy Bliss shakes for all you lactose intolerant and vegan folks. Read more

We are new to the area and new to Burgerville but heard that they have seasonal items on the menu, so, we decided to check it... out. First off, Ian, who took our order was fantastic. Friendly and helpful, he was very patient with the newbies. I justordered what I wanted as I couldn't see the menu. I got fries and hubby got the onion rings. He got a plain burger, I got itwith lettuce, tomato and cheese. (three choices of cheese!) All the food was hot and delicious. I've never had better onionrings. I ordered a raspberry sundae and it was great tasting also. A great experience for fast food. We'll be back! Love thefresh seasonal food items. Read more

I like that a NW local company strives to serve fresh high quality fast food. Maybe a bit more expensive but better for you. I... used to like their Oregon country beef but now am vegetarian. PLEASE add a beyond burger to the mix. The bean burger is ok, butthe spicy one was better. Plus it always falls apart. Still a big fan. Read more

They're usually on it at this location, and I understand it's late. Having worked FF before I know it's a pretty thankless job,... and stuff happens. With inflation and the fact that you're paying extra for the QUALITY of food here...I really don't appreciatehalf of my fries being (really obviously) fished out of the bottom of the fryer where they've died. As a general rule with food,if you wouldn't eat it, you shouldn't push it out. Sorry guys...I'll give you another chance. But this one you got a littlelazy. I don't mind the wait, if it means not getting something like this. Read more

Had the colossal and it was just average. Bland flavor with slightly wilted lettuce and heavy bun. For a better option, try the... number 6 burger. Much better. Additional follow up May 2021. The Number 6 is out of this world. I do a second patty, remove theonion and mayo, then add BV spread and ketchup. Yes, ketchup. When combined with spread, super tangy and delicious. New picadded. Please keep this burger on the menu, folks! Read more
