Pretty good burger. I got the basic burger with sweet potato fries.
So I really hate to do this but our experience was terrible. First, they didn't have the "patty" for their main item, the No 6.... So I was willing to sub out a different patty, but for some reason this was extremely complicated and took a long time and twopeople and the pricing was confusing. Then when I went to pay there were only 3 options for tip, starting at 15%. I literallyhad to ask if there was a way to do a custom tip because the little touch pad was covered in notes and tape. It was so awkwardand frankly inexcusable that there is literally no way to just pay your bill without either leaving a huge tip or directlyasking how to avoid it. This isn't table service, this is fast food. I will not be going back here. Also the food was justmediocre. The chicken was better than the burger and the fries were chewey. Read more
Turkey burger was not great. Fries order was large, but sure seemed like a small compared to other fast food. First time and... not impressed. Their shakes are great although a bit pricey. Read more
It is a Burgerville. You will get a better than average fast-food experience. But it is still fast-food. I drive through in my... car and get handed a bag, and then guilt tripped for a tip. Strangely, the grocery store does not ask me for a tip to hand me mybag. Maybe Burgerville should pay their employees a living wage, so they don't have to guilt trip me to make up the differencein their employees salaries. Read more
close to school and fast! always quick and easy to order and they get it right every time. the vegetarian bean burger with spicy... mayo is my go to and always will be. thank you for giving good food to broke college students !! Read more
The employees at this Burgerville are very polite, accommodating with specific requests & efficient! The restaurant is clean &... it's obvious that coworkers work well together. The manager is Great which is reflected by the way the workers excel. It's my goto Burgerville. Read more
Tried the Nothwest burger and waffle fries. The portion size was small, the burger needed some salt. Other than that the service... was good. The glass patio setting is beautiful to sit and enjoy your meal. Read more
Terrible service. Stood at counter ignored for like 3 min while workers walked right by. Ordered a peppermint chocolate shake... and after they tried to give me a vanilla shake with a squirt of peppermint in it they said they were out of chocolate andpeppermint.
