Only thing I can say it was clean. Food was just okay. I won't be returning wasn't anything special. Asked for color sheets for... my kiddo and got told over there. Well I figured that since crayons where there. Said there was none there and got a look fromthe gentleman. I said guess they want ur kids to color on the wall paper. COVID is done but it still takes you 20 minutes to get the drive thru. Then when you finally get your food it's cold not to... mention there's only one person that works to drive through. They are charging top dollar for a burger that you get that iswrapped and squished and the paper bag because they don't want to use two paper bags to put your order in. I'm a huge fan ofburgerville and always have been. But I'm slowly but surely running away from this place I can't afford the bad service for thefood I get. They go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Food is delicious and fresh. The manager and shift lead are absolutely... amazing! I came in on a low staff day and they were busy. The shift lead ran everything like clockwork all while being kind andusing gentle words and making sure the customer was happy. Read more
Superior customer service! Burgers, onion rings were hot, hot, hot, tasty, and looked appetizing. Cokes tasted like... Out of a... bottle???? and fizzy! And thou know what? Eating area was clean and well kept, as well as the restroom. Very, very happy withthis Burgerville! Salute to everyone associated to this store. I've reviewed BV before but other locations. Happened to stop in and try the new hopyard cheddar burger. I had a second patty... added and that was a good move since a single would have been too thin for me. The flavor was quit bland, actually. No sauce topick up the flavor and the patty's tasted as if they were unseasoned. I went ahead and added a pinch of salt, pepper and a spotof ketchup and it made a huge difference. BV sauce would make it even better. As for the cheddar portion, it was veryunnoticeable. I will go out of my way to seek out their #6 burger from here on out. Food was cold, burgers dry looked like the meat had been sitting. Ordered 2 burger baskets, one had fresh hot fries the other... had Luke warm fries. Totally unacceptable. Paid over $25 and the food was horrible ????. Will not be returning Read more
