The drinks were poured right and poured strong, as always. The atmosphere at the Cac is vibrant and light, the booths are cozy... and dark. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive. I was a first and last time customer on Wednesday, August 17th, 2022. Had lunch with a friend. Premium Margaritas were poorly... mixed and contained very little alcohol. I ordered the beef fajitas with a salad and it was terrible! What little meat I got.Was tough, chewy and overseasoned with cheap taco flavoring. The plate was mostly grilled onions. Read more

The place is just too loud. I couldn't hear the servers, I couldn't hear my friends from across the table. It would do some good... to put something on the floor and walls to deaden the sound. This place was simply delicious. Our server was one of the best servers I've ever witnessed in my life, and that's coming from a... man who worked his way through college as a server and comes from a family of restaurant managers. Truly the best service I'veever experienced. The food was one of the best meals I've ever had. We ordered far, far too much after going just for drinksand a quick appetizer. Was a very cool place. Was very well upkept. Very clean. The place was packed but the hostess seated us right away for a table... of 4 it was crazy. I don't know if it was right place right time. But very fast service. And the food was very good. The fishtacos were outstanding. Lots of flavor and big generous portions. Big piece of fish in taco. Normally rice and beans aren'tanything to shake a stick at but these both were very flavorful as well. And food was coming out at a very steady pace. Waitstaff was all very attentive.
