The first time I ordered from this place it was the best. The second time was yesterday and I ordered two keto pizzas online, a... few hours in advance. I requested x3 mozarella, and extra all the other toppings. I think they made these when I called and justlet them out there until delivery, because I got two hard-to-chew, dry, cold disks thinner than vinyl discs, with barely anycheese and toppings, and I spent $80!!! When I called them, they said I had to make ky claim over email because I had orderedonline. I have not heard back from them yet, but I hope they do the right thing. Champ pizza! You have always been my hero, saving grace over the years delivering to Ridgefield! Aside from epic pizza! Rare if... ever issues! And on that rare if ever (I mean this in a good way!) I've experienced a manager or owner will/would make it right!Don't discount my 3 star review as a dirty review as me and my family stepped out of our normal pie to try the triple pepperonialong with our normal pizza, yes we got a kid with a appetite and loves champs! Everything was amazing but.... the triplepepperoni..... was the person who made the triple pepperoni had a rough day at the gym? It felt weak on the topping game of asea of pepperoni! The meat lovers was loaded with love! I feel a double or triple to the triple pepperoni would have hitperfect! A sea of meats!!!!!! We tried the garlic chicken pizza and it was really good. The crust is soft and not too salty and it had a good amount of... toppings. The garlic bites are also really good and I really liked the tomato sauce. Can't wait to try more pizzas! Read more
Apart from having some of the best pizza in the Vancouver area, they will put you on hold for 9, 12 and 18 minutes. These are... not exaggerations! I was trying to order over the phone so that when my wife gets there the pizza has already started or done.This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I understand that there are issues with employing people nowadays but WTH! When my wife gotthere the employee was talking to a teenager that wasn?t even a customer so I waiting for him to talk to his buddy? Read more
