Just ordered our first pizza from Champ. The pizza is absolutely amazing! The best delivery pizza in a long while! The only... letdown was that our Hawaiian pizza didn't have the toasted coconut on top as advertised. I was really looking forward totrying it, as it was the first time I saw toasted coconut on a Hawaiian pizza, yummy idea! Not a deal breaker!! Will definitelyorder again. First time trying this new pizza place nearby. Sadly the product was burned all around the edges of the whole pizza! Was quite... greasy and very salty. When calling to inquire about what could be done the person answering said the temperature of the oven isset at only one setting so that can't be helped!?? When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was on the phone and busyjust then. So I requested a return call. Hoping for a better outcome. The returned call and voice mail I received subsequentlyat no time gave the impression he had any idea why he was calling me. Sounds like they could use some tweaking of their customerservice model and the people who handle their phones. And maybe consider more closely monitoring the Pizzas while cooking sothey don't burn like that. Especially if the oven is set at only one temperature. I wish them well. If this can be used as ateaching moment others will be assured of a more desired outcome than we experienced. Read more
I like Champ better than the big pizza chains in town like Dominos and Pizza Hut. The pasta is definitely better and still comes... at an affordable price. They have a lot of good pizza options and their lunch special is a great deal. The inside is clean andminimalist, it's not somewhere you'd dine in. Service is pretty good, fast and fairly friendly. First time, incredibly happy with my order. Not a thin crust, but an incredibly quality one, great balance of... cheese/toppings/sauce, and love that two sauce cups come with the garlic parmesan bites so I won't be going to war with myroommate. Inside is definitely designed to be a counter service and not sit-in, the workers were masked and friendly, and theplace looked really clean. I'll be back to try their wings in the future! Read more

We decided to try Champ pizza since this is new and close to our house. The order process was easy and the girl taking my order... was very sweet. We ordered two large pizza's and they said it would be ready in 20 min. When we arrived the staff was welcomingand excited they just opened that day. They gave us the pizzas for free since we were the 3rd order. Wow was not expecting thatat all! The pizza was amazing the crust was so good and my favorite was the pepperoni was a little crunchy!! Pizza was delivered to my hotel about 40 minutes after ordering it ( the only good thing about it! ) I tiped the driver $10... apon deliverer. About five minutes after he left I opened the box, pizza was totally burnt! We decided to give it a try ( eventasted burnt) So we decided to order a pizza from somewhere ealse and I would go by the next day with the pizza for a refund. Istoped in with pizza in hand showed them the burnt pizza asked them for a refund. The answer I received was No refund, only avoucher for a new one. And the kid behind the counter was very rude! saying the pizza didn't look burnt that's how they alwayslook! I told him a voucher was no good because I was only intown for the day and flying out. Nope no refund, but I could emailthe owner if I wanted too! On the left is the burnt pizza from them. On right the pizza we ended up ording from Pizza Hut. YepPizza Hut was even better! Read more
