They open late most days, frequently run out of ingredients and most days just accept only cash or only card. Ordering online... will get you food WAY faster during a rush. Sometimes entire 5-10 employees quit at a time due to management. Do notrecommend. Read more

My buddy and I stopped in last night waited in line 15 minutes cuz the current employees are lazy. One girl filling orders while... JACKIE the other girl present stood and yawned and the numerous other employees in the back.. After waiting 15 minutes for the2 people ahead to order because JACKIE didn't help prepare orders instead stood at the register doing NOTHING. When I FINALLYgot to order was informed no brown rice no chicken available no apologies no customer service absolutely none. I used to go hereoften before the pandemic the employees were friendly fast working very pleasant. I've been 2 times to this Chipotle in the last2 weeks both experiences sucked but last night was it and will now travel down Mill Plain where they at least are competent. Iwould fire JACKIE on the spot if I were manager or would pay her below minimum wage. The number one concern should be customersbut not at this dump. Read more

Worst bean & rice burrito ever. Way to much rice, hardly any beans. Kid couldn't even roll up the burrito correctly. Tested... like a cold, condiment filled tortilla. Not worth half of what I paid. Not even worth eating it. 2 bites & I threw it away. Better off hungry. Read more

I have worked for chipotle before and know the procedures. They tonight have lacked in the basics of running the store. They... were out of allot of basic items and you can tell the crew was being poorly managed, with how the dishes were backed up. I'msure this is not how this store is often, but knowing the process... I felt obligated to point out how inadequate the servicewas tonight. Chipotle has great food, but horrible management across the board. Tonight was a good reminder of that. Read more

Not greeted or acknowledged by anyone until the one person building orders was in front of me even though one of the other... workers stood in front of me at one point just to mix the food pans.. Kinda awkward to be right in front of people without themacknowledging my presence at all. They?re out of half of their ingredients, 15min-several hours to wait for them, so I paid $11for a tiny bowl with most of my usual toppings missing. Not a good experience! Read more

Been a fan of Chipotle for years and have been to countless locations across the USA as travel for business. Stopped in this... East Vancouver location 80 minutes before closing. The crew was in full break down cleanup mode in the back. The female on theline started my bowl... was shocked to hear she was out of 6 basic items mostly veggies. Only serving basic meat beans andrice? At full price? She only repeated they were out. Basically she did not want to refill anything on the line. Hit the exitquick. Went here next day for lunch all was filled on the line. Asked the day staff if they had run out of food to serve thisweek. Nope they were fully stocked and no shipments that morning. The staff at night is not truthful, does not care of customerservice and this location needs new mngt.or to just close earlier. I love chipotle and will pass on this poor experience tocorporate. My first and hopefully only 1 star rating. Read more

I've been here a few times, and as can be expected sometimes, I have gotten stomach issues directly after eating here, in the... past. Not always, though. Their beef tastes pretty good, even though I'm not a fan of their cilantro lime rice. I do like theirquesadillas, and they offer food at a pretty good price for what you get. Service has always been quick and nice to me. Not abad place, pretty standard for Chipotle. Read more

One of the worst experiences we've had in as long as I can remember. Decided to try an online order which was a mistake, as your... staff apparently can?t put reasonable potions without being watched over. On top of this you were out of ingredients in ourorder and instead of informing us in some way, the order was just packaged up and put out as complete allowing me to pick up andthen drive 40 min home to find what was left for us. Attempting to call for 30 min with no answer, we dove all the way back tothe restaurant. A "Manager" said to get in line, finally got to the counter and was then told they couldn't help and needed toget out of the line to talk to the "boss". Entire time your staff was rude and dismissive. After trying to be patient, finallygot feed up and asked for a corporate number or contact to call and was told they didn't have a number. I find it hard tobelieve that a business would have no a way to contact their superiors. I do not believe this represents your company as awhole, but this location falls very short to what I would expect dinning at any establishment. Read more
