I had two huge catering orders for work events that took place two days in a row (over 200 burritos total). This is a smaller... location that isnt used to catering but they did a wonderful job. Bora is a fantastic employee and made sure to come over tohelp me with the order and load my car both days. She has a great attitude and seems to be passionate about her job and store. Iloved working with her and will continue to do business at this location. She just transferred to this store so if an experienceyou've had in the past wasn't the best, id try again. Read more

I used to frequent this place all the time since it's closest to me but this place has gone way downhill for the last few... months. They're constantly out of ingredients and it simply doesn't taste good anymore. My last bowl for example was more soupythan anything because they don't drain the beans, Pico, or corn so it just gets watery and gross. The liquid actually leaked outof the bowl and ripped the bag. I think I'm done with this location until better management is hired. Read more

Really frustrating experience. I walked in and ordered a bowl to go? they were out of almost everything. Including all salsas,... sour cream, guacamole, etc? Except they weren?t out at all? they were just not serving it to walk in customers. They hadeverything? but in order to complete my bowl, I would have to walk outside & use the app to order. I asked 3 different peoplewhy they didn?t let me know when I walked in? and then when I found out, I asked what if I just left & ordered through the app?wouldn?t I get to use the other ingredients for my order? They just said sorry, in the least apologetic tone imaginable. Worstcustomer service? and worst strategy. Why would I ever walk in here again. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to get a halfmade bowl at full price? when I could have driven down the road to the chipotle that doesn?t have this problem?. This was the worst burrito bowl ever!! Ordered double protein but can't chew the steak meat. It is full of gristle and fat and... extremely tough, way too rare and tasted gross. I asked for double corn and there was hardly any on it. Definitely could havegotten a better meal elsewhere for the $21.43 spent. Not sure I will return since 3rd time is a charm!! Read more

The worst bowl I have ever had. Hardly any rice beans and not even a half scoop of meat. When I asked for more they wanted to... charge me $4 that's ridiculous. Chips were stale like they were a week old. Read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My husband and I attempted to place an online order at this location. When we went to pick it up, the... restaurant was clearly in disarray and instead of being greeted politely, a large blonde woman working behind the counter rudelysnapped at my husband "you still have to pay! I'm going to need you to go to the back of the line." Why yes, I was aware weneeded to pay that's exactly what we were trying to do but instead you treated us like we we were either a.) Stupid and didn'tknow how to pay, or b.) That you thought we were going to steal our food. While waiting in line nobody made it clear if ourorder had been made or not, which was disconcerting because the person ordering in front of me was being told they were out ofseveral items which we had ordered. The blonde woman continued to be unpleasant to other customers and we ultimately leftwithout our food. Thank you for saving me the money and future calories because I won't be coming back to pay over $20 for aburrito and chips to be treated like trash. Read more

I should've read the reviews, as I always do! Not today. I was tooo hungry! What a waste of time and $. I've never had a bad... experience at Chipotle, until today! The chips were stale, veggies were obviously reheated and refrigerated a few times. I leftwith a weird after taste in my mouth, "similar to a freezer burn taste?" Horrible, this location always closing down walk in orders. I decided to order from the mobile app because they are always... closed to walk-ins. The order was so bad I literally couldn't eat most of it and it was 4 separate dishes. The managementshould be fired, chipotle is all about the user experience and on the app you can't even choose to have both beans or not isthere ANY way to add a note to the order. This is flat out horrible, the mobile orders should be shut down permanently thefood is terrible. The Veggy bowl looks like half of it is missing, this is how to came. And the other item is suppose to be aburrito. Likely not coming back to walks in anymore either, not that I can even get a walk in order 9 out of 10 times theyaren't even open or doing walk ins....
