The portion sizes are for sparrows. The person helping me down even know what went into a Vegetarian burrito. None is the racks... were bussed. Thought I was the only one to complain about mobile order. This was my second or third time ordering and honestly it was half... empty, missing items and wrong items. All they do to make up for it is give you BOHO for 30 days! Will that guarantee that I getfull meal if I order one and get one free next time? Yes, chipotle used to be a lot better with their customer service as wellas serving food. To be honest, will avoid this location now and give a try to another one ??????????? Read more

It does not surprise me, that I am not only one who’ve experienced missing items, and the pathetic portion sizes, even after... paying the extra charge. I remember when Chipotle valued and respected their customer base and cared what the put out. NOTANYMORE. Will never walk-in to another Chipotle again. Read more

We no longer frequent this Chipotle. While the quality of the ingredients is consistent with the brand, we've had several... instances from this location where portions in our mobile orders were noticeably less than what we paid for, something Iunderstand is of growing concern with this chain. We have also had two instances where entrees were missing from bags. If youchoose to eat here and use the mobile ordering platform, check your bag thoroughly before you leave the restaurant. Otherwise,there is no way to remedy problems with the individual location... They don't have a phone or a way to get assistance on amobile order. You have to reach out to corporate, who will not refund missing items, they will simply give you a coupon for nexttime. I'm giving this 2 stars because, to the best of my knowledge, nobody has gotten sick at this location. That has to countfor something. Read more

I don’t really know what the bad reviews are about. I come here almost every day and have been for about 6 months+ and the... food is always great and pretty fresh. I’ve seen people clean the kitchen many times. Price is fantastic especially for theportions. I wouldn’t recommend this for DoorDash cuz the food gets cold fast, but when it’s fresh it’s awesome. Just gotback from having a bowl myself. Staff is always great here too. Read more
