Tried the restaurant today because of the great Google reviews and was not disappointed. Smoked chicken was cooked to Perfection... had a excellent flavor profile and was still moist and tender. Good BBQ! Brisket was sliced thicker than I prefer, but it was tender, excellent smoke, and the bark was great! Rib tips were... good, tender with good smoke. Just enough sauce on the rib tips. My only complaint was that there was no to go sauces in my bagas I would\'ve liked to try all of them.\n\nOverall certainly some of the best bbq to be had in the area. Finally got a chance to try this place. Really solid proper BBQ. Meat was fantastic. Sides and the regional sauce choices were... an added bonus. Very well priced as far as bbq goes as well. Will definitely be back! Read more
I was very excited to discover a BBQ restaurant had opened up down the street from where my family and I live, and this place... did not disappoint! The mac ‘n’ cheese was so delicious, and the meat was so tender (I ordered the “The Dallas” sandwichwhich contained their brisket), and my husband ordered a half slab of their St Louis ribs. All of it was perfectly cooked andeven our 2.5 year old child gobbled it all up!\n\nMy only small grievance is I wish there was a child’s menu for childfriendly portions, but it’s not significant enough to count it against this new and friendly establishment! Stopped in on my lunch break and ordered the brisket sandwich with a side of collard greens ! Food was excellent and flavorful ,... and staff was friendly and welcoming ! It\'s been awhile since I\'ve been blown away by food in Vancouver, and everything I ate here was exceptionally delicious. Food... came out hot, selection of BBQ sauces is great, cornbread was SO moist. The creamy mac tastes homemade, collard greens have apefect tang, sweet potatoes were divine, and the baked beans were meaty and smokey. I didn\'t want my meal to be over. Theprices are really incredible for BBQ too. A++. So happy to have a fire BBQ spot in the neighborhood. Read more
For only being open 4 days, they have got it down. Super friendly with excellent customer service. Food is spot on and good size... portions. You can find it from a good distance away, just follow your nose. Thanks highly recommended this new, welcome additionto Salmon Creek. Read more
I ordered $800 worth of barbecue for my 50th birthday party as I was having a rager and had about 50 guests! I worked directly... with Steven the owner, to set up the catering order and everything went smoothly. I got tons of sauces, advice from Steven onhow to best serve and keep everything fresh. My guests were so happy! My birthday was a blast! I called several other barbecueplaces in Vancouver and nobody called me back. Everything Creekside serves is delicious!
