Friendly, however they changed their tipping method, instead of $1 or $1.5 they did percentage. I bought 1 Rockstar and 2... crescents. Before I realized, they got an 18% tip. If I was dining in, that would be fine, but it was a drive thru. IDK, my badI guess. Read more
Edit: I have to second what a lot of the other people are saying, some of the people who work here are not very nice. The only... thing I would say is anytime we get the blended drinks, they are completely melted most of the time, it?s like drinking icedcoffee without the ice, a glass of milk. I come home, freeze them and then blend it again at a later time. Other than that, welove this place! Read more

I came in and got coffee and a bagel, I was charged for cream cheese, when I wanted butter. They graciously refunded my money... for the cream cheese and tip. I?ve come here for a long time,They are a great local coffee shop and care about there customers.:) Read more

After 5 years, 1430 coffees, over $5,000 spent, and some good conversations w staff, I drank my last coffee from Fairway today.... I've never once complained or requested a new beverage. But today my usual large mocha frap was too blended, with no deliciouschips, chunks and flavor. After dropping $8.00 w a tip I decided mayb I could get a new one. It must be a fluke. But nope, thxto the serial drink returners, my excellent reputation couldnt get me an apology and a new drink. I got " we'll have to chargeyou half price, and it sat too long, you didnt shake it up." Of which they handed me a medium replacement that tasted worse. Inmy young years, you may call me old fsshioned, but I was hoping for a smile, no prob, a new delicious drink, and I'd see themtomorrow. Instead, it was my last coffee there. Fairway is the most reliable place for good coffee and friendly service that I know. I?ve tried other coffee shops, and been... disappointed. But Fairway?s customer service is CONSISTENT. They?re on par with always being efficient and friendly. They?re notobnoxious like the Dutch Bros stereotype. Just courteous and happy! Read more
