Food wise, the meat is good, but meat to bread ratio is off. The bread is really dense which throws if the entire taste... profile. Price wise, it's a bit more expensive than some other sandwich shops, for the amount of food you get. Speed ofservice is S-L-O-W. I highly advise anyone wanting a sandwich to order 20-30 minutes ahead of time. I doubt I'll be back astheir competitor is faster, with better bread, fresher meat, and more food for the price. Best hot subs around! The subs taste great especially With some of their house Made hot sauce!! when I asked them to cut my... wife?s gluten free sandwich in half they handed me a plastic knife which didn?t work. I had to Use my pocket knife. A littlemore customer focus would help that is why only 4 stars. Read more

I?m a regular and love this place because it?s great for my food allergies! (Gluten free bread is also vegan) Easy to read... allergy menu online too! Kind staff, donations to local firehouses also a plus! Reward point system too for regulars! Irecommend ordering online and going and grabbing pickup. Read more
I have eaten at Firehouse Subs in several different areas and I love the concept, I love supporting the local FD's but I've got... to say my experience was not great. I came in and was welcomed with a mediocre welcome and when I asked the cashier for hersuggestion she said "whatever you want". I love to ask for feedback from staff, to try new things and to get their opinion sothis was sad. I settled for The classic chicken bacon ranch. The Bacon was 2 strips for a full large sandwich and they werepaper thin, no flavor added to my sandwich. The turkey was good but overall I would rate the sandwich a C+. There were a lot ofstaff working and they were not super busy but no customer engagement at all. Final item is from the time I walked in to thetime I left with 1 sandwich to go was just over 25 minutes. Next time I come through I will give you another shot and my hope isthings get better. Food is usually really good, the service/friendliness is pretty neutral (which I can also understand TBH). But when I asked for... onions on my sandwich yesterday through a mobile order I didn?t think I?d get literally one little slice on each half lol. Feelslike a petty act, which is unfortunate since I try really hard to be an easy customer to deal with because I acknowledge foodservice can be really difficult to work in. Pretty much spotless but not in a sterile way. I had two different small sandwiches (which I highly recommend doing it that way)... one was the Club and the other was the Pastrami ... Both delicious in their own way and the ingredients were fresh. The freshwheat/white bread was delicious. The staff was friendly upon interaction but was not greeted or hailed with a "thanks forcoming in" when leaving. Not really a big deal, but they were really slow at the time. The staff did a wonderful job on focusingon their orders. Their work space was very clean as well... The cookies and brownies are really good as well. Always a fan. Read more
