I ordered a late night burger & fry from this location, about a 1/2 hour before closing time. The fries arrived so burnt that I... could eat them. If they're charging the ridiculous amount of $7, those fries better be cooked right. I got a refund. This foodis so over-hyped for the price now it's insane. Read more
Awesome location. Service and food are great! Some bad reviews don't seem to understand how five guys menu works.

I love five guys, by no means is this a negative review of the company. I know this is a new location, just a few... observations... Customer service is a bit lacking; when ever there is a question of food or "operation", the staff turn straightto what I presume to be the manager and "she" (i say this because they all turn to her) just walks away or hollers some randominstruction to the team. I personally had to help a customer with the soda machine because all the staff just stood idle afterhe asked for assistance and they turned to, again the manager...she walked back to the rear kitchen area without addressingeither the customer or the employees. I had to cancel my order twice because someone else was logged in to the computer; let metell you, while it was all fun and games while I was there, it is not professional to blame other staff for their lack ofcompetence to customers.
