Inedible. Ordered biscuits and gravy. Roasted potatoes were microwaved and burnt? Sunny side up egg was solid rubber. Hair on... top of somehow both overcooked and undercooked sausage gravy. Biscuit was so dense it was difficult to cut. Dirty silverware anddishes. Tried to struggle through, this was a waste of money. Photo is what went in the trash.\n\nEdit: Appreciate the offer fora refund from the owner, but I will let you keep it. Use it to pay your cook to read a food safety manual or taste the food youput in front of future paying customers. Read more

Absolutely love this place. We had a breakfast sandwich on one of their delicious croissants and a \"club\" like sandwich on... the sourdough. Both were amazing. My sandwich looked and tasted so good I forgot to take a picture till halfway through. Theonly disappointment was we were too full to try one of the beautiful sweets she had showcased. Can\'t wait to go back. Read more

Staff was friendly and welcoming and great at answering questions. Picked up some sandwiches and a scone to have for dinner... later. They were made fresh and even though I waited an hour to eat, they kept well, didn\'t go soggy or stale like somesandwiches do. Scone was amazingly fluffy. Will definitely go back so I can try more of their selection. Read more

I don’t know if I can say this, but “Damn!” That was amazing and for just $7. I think I got a 2lb breakfast for $7!... Homemade fresh cheddar, bacon chive Biscuits, with homemade chunky sausage gravy, forebears delicious roasted red potatoes(comes with all breakfast entrees), and a scrambled eggs (only thing I would see if I can change is the egg style next time…biscuits and gravy almost requires poached or a runny egg of sorts), I would also ask for hot sauce ????, because I like my foodspicy. The bakery items were delicious too, but this post is about the biscuits and gravy. Best Value/Size in Hazel Del area. Will be back to try more food menu items, and maybe get some v-day goodies.\n\nUpdate: They have added some tables! They willmake your egg over medium or easy, and they have hot sauce and ketchup! Oh, and if you are getting breakfast for here, you canget complimentary Compass Coffee! Read more

Just checked out this little gem in Hazel Dell. Just opened, and the atmosphere is casual and farmhouse rustic. Fresh made... breads and pastries is obvious. Bread is thick cut, nice bite and chewy. Nothing there is dry, you get an authentic comfort foodfeel. Husband got a roast beef sandwich boxed lunch to go he ordered online. I grabbed the cauliflower salad that came with agenerous slice of fresh made foccacia. I also tried the coffee cake, espresso brownie and gluten free cookie. All are so good, rich, and generous with flavor. Prices affordable and portions generous. Should be a local winner, highly recommend. Read more
