First, to the left of the main entrance to The Heathman Lodge one finds Hudson's. Having arrived many hours prior to checkin,... we had breakfast at Hudson's. I always eat almost every meal there while staying at the Lodge because the food isextraordinary. In fact, it is one of the main reasons I visit the Lodge. Later I will address them in particular. For now, I'lljust show a few photos. The cards are what I found at the entry. The interior is warm, rustic and delightful. My friend hadoatmeal and I had the corned beef hash. The meat was very tender, much more meat than most similar dishes elsewhere, thepoached eggs were perfect, potatoes fantastic...nothing to dislike at all. My friend's cereal had brown sugar, cream, nuts, fruit etc. Again way above what one might expect elsewhere. I'm just getting started...much much more to come. Read more

Food was really good. This was a birthday dinner so we opted for a meal that was pricier than our usual, but definitely not... disappointed! We started with the Gorgonzola Cheesecake which was savory delicious!! I got the Braised Pork Shank and he orderedthe 8 oz Filet Mignon... everything was excellent!! He ordered a Cabernet and it was a chilly evening so I ordered a Hot Toddy. Those both paired pretty nicely as well. We also loved the "winter lodge" feeling without having to drive out to themountains. Read more

We came for our anniversary dinner, very nice restaurant. Our waitress Gabbie was very helpful and friendly! Food was good, just... not great. Prices are a little to high. Read more

Excellent corned beef hash, great coffee, nice but relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. This is not a casual diner vibe, it... was more upscale without being uptight, at least for breakfast. Price was very good for the food and drink, took home half thebreakfast for leftovers, so serving portion was also decent. The menu was a bit limited but it seemed like it had something foreveryone. I’ll be back. Read more

We were already staying here and decided to have brunch. Both my husband and I got the eggs benedict, and it was pretty good.... Nothing over the top spectacular. The blood Mary’s were fantaic. But the service was outstanding! Cecily is one of the bestservers I’ve ever had. Perfectly attentive, never let the water jug get empty and so freaking hilarious. I gave a 5 starmostly for her if I am being honest. Read more

I ordered room service while staying at The Heathman Lodge, where Hudson’s is located. The service was exceptionally quick.... All food items were skillfully prepared and had good flavor. The infused olive oil was a special touch. My tab came to $50+dollars before tip for a glass of wine, appetizer, entree, and dessert. Price vs product is not quite in balance, which keptthis from 5 stars. However, I enjoyed my meal and don’t doubt you will too. Read more

We were hesitant coming here. But decided to give it a try because they are farm-to-table (according to their website). The food... quality, taste, presentation, and service were all great. These 3 dishes plus coffee was $50. Worth trying this place! Read more

This place was great. We've been here a few times, but this time as a birthday breakfast. The service was 5 star, our waitress... was hilarious (to us) and she kept it up the whole time. She made our time the most enjoyable we could have had. The food wasquality and filling. The winter squash from the seasonal bowl was cooked perfectly, not too hard and not a pile of mush. eggsbacon and potatoes cooked well! Would definitely come back! Read more
