Was pretty good food, the burger I had with fresh fruit was not quite enough for me but it was tasty.
Real nice .. good food. Excellent service. Had their Teriyaki Chicken Bento.
So far the Best restaurant around similar to DU's but DU's has a secret salad dressing garlic poppyseed so that's always my... #1... but this is definitely my local #1 though!!! 10 out of 10! Meat was perfect and the smoky flavor and smell is just theright amount of mouth watering goodness thank you saved me 20$ too compared to feeding my family with any other restaurant itsat least 20$ more for 5 people but 3 big kahunas or chicken or teriyaki will be plenty for us and definitely will keep comingback!!!! ???? these pictures are already partially eaten portions of big kahuna Read more
I was really excited to eat here + support a local fave. I ordered the seafood entree - had never tried it before. The price was... $17.99 before tax and it came with 6 rings of calamari, two coconut shrimp, 2 pieces of breaded mahi mahi with a LOT of rice.Every single piece of seafood was so greasy, so chewy, and sooo fishy (not in a good way). I couldn?t even eat the mahi mahibecause it was like it had sat out for hours before they served it. I got through most of the calamari and the shrimp because Iwas so hungry I just needed food. So disappointed!! For the prices we?re out here paying for food these days - the quality hasgone waaaaay down. Prices go up, quality gone down? Make it make sense. I feel a stomach ache coming on. Extremely long wait, half hour after ordering was when we got our food. Lots of people working but they prioritize to go orders... over dine in, so don't come here if you want fast service. Their sauces are quite good however, and their food is worth thewait. Read more
Hula Boy! Yes! A great place to get your Hawaiian fusion fix. Been going here for years and food and staff never disappoint. Had... everything from fish and chips to the Hula burger, to various bento dishes to loco moco. Absolutely satisfying. Most recent tripwe had pulled pork and the Portuguese sausage burger with fries. For each meal, a nice complement of sauces is brought to thetable by the hustling staff. Sauces are are tasty, but I think the jerk sauce is my personal favorite. Speaking of hustle, wow,the staff is not only kind, but they move with absolute purpose and they seem to really love the customers. Will continue tosupport this fantastic Vancouver icon. Read more
