Updated with new try and stars went down. Below is my prior review about rude staff. Today they gave us moldy sauce (see... picture). Disgusting! I?m so done even attempting to go there! Edited* A rude and condescending staff member yelled at me whenI was trying to tell her the phone wasn't working. I was trying to let her know in case they were missing business. She told me"you paid for it and now you have to take it" which I never said I didn't want it. I asked her to have her manager call me andshe continued to yell when I asked her name. Not say she didn't understand me, full on screaming at me. Staff wasn't wearingmasks property and after owner call (see edit) this was promptly taken care of. *I edited my rating because the manager calledand made it right. I don't know what compelled family to want to try LC tonight, but we bought dinner and weren't disappointed. The pizza had a... generous portion of toppings and the bread sticks tasted great. (Try the buttery garlic sauce) The woman (Angela I believe) whobrought our pizza out to our car was nice and courteous enough to label our special request on the box (which half the pizzadidn't have onions) and it made dishing out easy instead of trying to find out which slice had what toppings later. Ordered online a Hawaiian pizza with pineapple and bread sticks from the Fourth Plain Little Caesars. Arrived home to find we... had a Pepperoni Pizza that none of us could eat and tiny, broken bread sticks less than half the normal size. At least they werehot, but only had half enough bread sticks for dinner and no pizza. Read more
Team members are incredibly rude. Claimed they did not receive my order even though I got confirmation it was ready. Tried to... say they don't carry the item I ordered on their website! Then when I told them to give me a refund they printed out areceipt... with my order on it! Refused to give me their names so I could report to owner. Seems they just didn't want to dotheir job! Team members were really nice. Answered phones quickly. Pizza was ready when we got there, in the time they said it would... be. Place was clean. Employees seemed happy to work there and cared about our experience. Nice work guys! Read more
