These employees need to stop being lazy! The bread sticks are dried out and taste like they're microwaved and two days old. Ordered a couple pizzas through the Little Caesar?s website for delivery. They forgot the pepperoni on one of the pizzas and of... course customer service is taking a while so my wife goes to the store to have them remake the pizza. The guy at the counterused his one brain cell to determine that it was Door Dash?s fault. Really?! It?s Door Dashes fault that YOU forgot thepepperoni? I didn?t order through Door Dash anyway. Don?t order online, paid for custom pizza with stuffed crust and two different occasions they didn?t put the toppings or use... stuffed crust. First time I realized the order was wrong when I got home and tried calling and their phone wasn?t working.Second time I checked in the store and was told I could wait for another pizza to be made which I didn?t have time for. Ordered pizza for pickup for 6:15, paid on the app. Store was closed when I got there at 6:20. Now I'm out $25 and have no... pizza. They shouldn't be accepting online orders if they're closed. **edit** Went back 2 days later to request a refund and theemployee wasn't very polite. Rudely told me the hours were on the door (I ordered from work, not in front of the door andfigured the app wouldn't allow a pickup if the store was closed). Seemed rather irritated to have to refund me (for items thatwere never received). I live super close and order her once a week, and have never had an issue until now. Staff were great BUT I went in with three other veterans today for WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AS FREE FOR VETERANS?..
