The food here is just beyond ridiculous! Had steak bites this time and they were so juicy and tender. And the marinated flavor... was amazing! I don't give 5 stars lightly. This place has it all. Great food, amazing service, accommodating management that truly cares... about the regulars, and a Cheers like atmosphere. If you're in the area, it would be foolish not to stop in for a drink, snack,and/or meal. Read more
Really like their happy hour that runs until 6pm. Favorite item is the shoe string truffle fries. I can eat those all day! Name... of the bar "main event" is misleading because they don't put any fights on. Just the regular sports game. So my bf was excitedfor this to be our go to place for fight night but guess not. Place looks a bit run down. Reason for 2 stars is the serverseems to have a whatever attitude with us so it's a bit off putting. He was attentive, don't get me wrong but there's adifference to how he treats us vs treats people he knows. We are also not needy at all. But seems like we were just aninconvenience. We thought it was a one time thing but after two times with the same server, we just don't feel inclined to comeback. No big deal. Spent the evening with my son who's gone on leave. I couldn't have asked for a better mother son dinner night then what we had.... We spoke, laughed and laughed even harder. The only down side was the music was a bit loud but we are both hard of hearing tostart so can't really blame them. Food was great, customer service was even better. The staff were great, I misscommunication on our end and they fixed it no problem. My son ordered a drink he found out he didn't care for and they got himanother one right away. I wish everyone would treat their people this way every time. Oh yeah, they even dealt with a rudenasty smelly homeless guy, staff were polite but stern and carried on. The food is good and the service is always friendly, really friendly = 4 stars. This is a more expensive lunch option in... downtown Vancouver. You could easily spend $20 on lunch between burger, fries, and drinks. Extra sauce is extra $$ = 3stars. Portions are good and the place is clean. Great place to catch a sporting event. Read more
The vibe is pleasant and the food is absolutely delicious. One thing I will say is it is a bit on the pricier side, but overall... a great time! Definitely a nice place to go to watch a variety of sports on the many TVs that they have. Just about any seat inthe place has a good view! Read more
