Food was good went early morning about 6:30 6:45 a.m. it was a bit confusing because you know we're still early and we're told... to go to the window several of us sat at the first window waiting for somebody to come and realize that we needed to go to thesecond so I would think it would be a big benefit if you're not going to be at the first window that you would put a sign in thefirst window saying pull up to the second window to pay like I said not a big deal but just maybe for us sitting at the firstwindow not waiting it would be a benefit Read more
We placed an online order and did a parking pickup. I made the mistake of checking everything but the contents of the happy... meal. They gave us everything but the 6 piece chicken nuggets that should have been included. VERY unhappy. Read more
Very quick in the drive-thru, very polite and smiling every time I go there, which is often in a household of 3 teenagers and a... Big Mac enthusiast. I have had two amazing customer service experiences here. Tonight was with Jackson, he was so patient when I had an online order... issue and very personable. Loved him. My other experience was quite a while ago but I was clearly having a bad day and the drivethrough cashier noticed and asked if I wanted to hear a joke which was surprising and actually cheered me up. First time here since the remodel. Establishment is quite clean. I like that the bathrooms have a key code to keep riff raff out... and help them stay cleaner. Noah is who brought us our order. He was very polite! Read more
Last few times I have visited this location ordering was difficult and frustrating. Codes are a joke and unable to use rewards... when using a different code at the same time. If I have earned the rewards I should be able to use anytime regardless of myorder. Read more
Who ever owns the franchise to this McDonald?s needs to check up on there management. Kiosk is all broken, customer service to... take ur orders takes forever to get to you, and drive through is always backed up. The Mexican lady can?t understand Englishenough to get my food order right.
