Disgusting! Hair in pizza! Very disappointing and gross! This is the worst Mod Pizza location I?ve come across!
Took my 82 year old father here for the first time. We were greeted as we were coming in and were told thanks for coming in as... we were leaving. Great group of people working here. They were patient with our choices and offered suggestions. Our pizzas cameout quickly and tasted great. Even tried a BBQ drizzle that gave it a great twist. Have visited once since then and again had agreat experience. Keep up the great job. Read more
Went in about 4:10 Sept.10th. Normally when you go in someone says hi or at least acknowledges you. There was one customer at... the register being helped and a guy making a online order I presume, since there was no other customers. We walked up, the youngman glanced and did not say a word. Two other employees came near and averted eye contact. Not one word was said to us while wewaited for four about 5 or 6 minutes. We decided to leave and they started laughing at us as we were leaving. Never had thatexperience there before. Read more
This was my first visit. I came in with a free coupon. The pizza was made perfectly as I asked. It was hot and delicious. The... drizzle of bbq sauce in the top added a touch of spicy sweet flavor. Loved it and will be back. Read more
Pizza is generally good ? 2 stars down because of the service. I keep coming back every few months hoping that the service... improves, but every time, there is a delay when I order ahead. I arrive on time and then have to wait another 10-20 minutes.This has happened 3x, every time I order via the app. Most recently, I arrived and one of the pizzas was missing. Two pizzas satand cooled in the meantime?honest mistake, but when there?s delays every time, it?s hugely disappointing. My advice - don?torder via the app and based on the lines I?ve seen, be prepared to wait for your food regardless! Read more
The remodel is great, nice and bright but still has that MOD feel. The music volume was perfect! I could still have a... conversation and hear every word of the songs. And of course the staff and pizza were the same; excellent. Read more
I LOVE the concept of MOD pizza, and I love the other branches, but this has, by far, been the worst branch for me. Like any... other MOD, their ingredient selection is top-notch. And most awesome of all is how you can have as many toppings as you want forthe same price. So there are a lot of options, even if it's just a pizza place. You can change up the sauces, meats, cheeses, aslong as they have it. Any other place overcharges per topping and doesn't give you enough. Service also tends to be pretty fast,and almost always friendly. However, my pizzas are usually a bit greasier and moist here, as compared to other MODs. Also, Ihad a pretty bad experience at this particular location last week. I ordered my pizza ahead of time online and arrived after mymartial arts class two hours later to pick it up. One of the workers seemed to be doing nothing and just on her laptop, and theother two were just straightening up (even though the restaurant was still messy). When I came in, they looked like they gotcaught off-guard and then rushed to prepare my pizza, and two other orders that seem to have been placed. This is justunprofessional, in my opinion. They weren't even apologetic about it. In the future, I'll probably just drive a little fartherto the other location on Mill Plain. Read more
Stopped in to order take out while staying in the area. Younger staff were kind and efficient, prices were good for the huge... portions, and the food was good. Pepperoni was actually spicy and salad was made to order so we could leave off unwantedingredients. Good experience, I?d visit again and recommend. Read more
