Came here for dinner on 7/24/22 7:50 pm. We were first seated in a booth which was wet and made my wife shorts wet. We quickly... asked to be seated else where and as we walked through the restaurant to another booth opposite side of the room we carefullystepped over many pieces of food on the ground. The booth was full of food under the table they sat us at as were most We firstthought maybe they were just to busy to clean up fast enough. As we waited we watched the bus boy literally standing in one spotstarring not cleaning. After a while our food came out and my wifes chicken was not even close to cooked. It looked as if it wasthrown in the microwave and put on defrost the inside was completely raw. We quickly showed a server(not ours) and she took itback to the kitchen. Our server wore a black shirt and the rest wore red shirts. We hardly saw our server and kept askingdifferent servers for help. Once my wifes dish came back they had cut her chicken into pieces as if they put it back in amicrowave. We were there close to an hour and noticed nobody had still even tried to clean the floors. My vegetables werecomplete moosh and my steak was well done not pink. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have attached pictures aswell. Read more
So... This use to be my go to Ribeye steakhouse. I arrived at 2:45pm. The hostess said it will be 5-10 mins before we could be... seated. The restaurant had 4 people in it. Once seated and order our drinks and appetizers, blooming shrimp. They bring drinksand appetizers and silverware. I opened my silverware and junk is stuck to it. Asked for second set.. yup junk stuck to it aswell. My Ribeye was 75% fat. Got to the last few shrimp and found a hair. I will not be going back to this restaurant.. Irecommend you not either.. this place has gone down hill.. Read more
Probably the best steak for your money in the Vancouver area. The steaks are always cooked perfectly to what you order ! ... Ribeye is my go to. The service is usually good, but it can get busy . Read more
I don't know how you feel about outback but I'll tell you what them ribs are top notch man I couldn't even eat the whole rack... but by golly I'm taking the rest of them home and I'll eat them there for sure. My husband took me out for a 30th anniversary itwas wonderful I had a great dinner and the waiter brought us a chocolate sundae. I thank you out back. great atmosphere and ourwaiter was great. I?m born and raised in Australia. I?ve lived in the US for about 4 years and I?ve been looking forward to checking out this... restaurant. It was everything I?d hoped for from the brewed in the USA Foster?s beer to the ?Aussie? Mac & Cheese. I honestlywasn?t expecting an authentic Aussie experience. I wanted a good steak at a reasonable price in a place with a nice atmosphere.That?s exactly what I got. The staff we encountered were all friendly and proactive. The greeter couldn?t understand the firstthing I said upon entering though and I thought that was somewhat ironic. I ordered a steak and my wife ordered the salmon. Thesides we got were really nice. The only small issue was a mixup where my mashed potatoes ended up on my wife?s plate. We reallyenjoyed our meals and my wife thought the soup was particularly good. We went on Saturday arvo around 130PM and it wasn?t busy.It picked up by the time we were leaving. I really enjoyed this place and I?ll be coming back again. It's a cut above mediocre food. The flavor is there but I'd imagine it's because of the amount of fats that they use to fry the... food. The blooming onion is overpriced but if you get the onion "petals" then you basically get the whole thing minus the partyou weren't going to eat from the blooming onion anyway. And it's half the cost. Anyway, the burgers needed some moisture, asauce of some kind, but otherwise their fries were good and the chowder was good too. If you get an iced drink, get it withoutthe ice, otherwise one long pull of the straw and there's nothing left in your glass but ice. Read more
We paid $36 per each entree. Not worth it at all. Too much pepper on the steak. Fries doesn?t taste good. Plates are super... small, fries are falling out from the plate. Ketchup in plastic cup for $36 dollars. We also ordered blooming onion ?theirspecial?. We didn?t find anything special AT ALL. Just fried onion. Didn?t understand that. Bread was the most flavorful.
