I?ve only ordered twice in the last two years! Went thru once because of the pandemic (had to do drive-thru). That order seemed... light regarding the entree-more like a child?s portion. Highly suggest if you like getting sauce with your meal, DO NOT order from them through DoorDash or UberEats or any delivery... service for that matter?every time I do it through an app they NEVER put the sauce in the bag! Very frustrating and defeats thepurpose when you then have to drive up and get the freaking sauces! I mean seriously Panda Express?what is Teriyaki Chickenwithout the sauce?let me tell you it?s just grilled/charred chicken!! I don't know if it's GrubHub or the restaurant, but I've attempted to get teriyaki chicken delivered a few times and the sauce... never comes nor is it on it. Don't seem to get ordered drinks either... So. Don't order delivery from here... Read more
Normally I come in lunch hrs when is fresher food, but unfortunately came in today Sunday evening 30mnts before closing and... barely had any food in there trays. I asked for 3 plates to go and most of them I asked for chow main and the one that they hadin their tray was a small quantity and it looked old and dry and I asked the cashier to make me some fresh one and they saidthey will cause the one they had was old so waited 20mnt so they can make me fresh food and they end up giving me what they had.The Manager did apologize for the wait but they still give me what they want not what I asked ????????
