I?ve been a long time customer of Panera and I don?t think I?ll return after todays experience. Something about watching several... employees walk around unable to determine who they want in what location while commenting on my ?chicken nugget? (their words)that I had to pay $13 to be displeased by has put a sour taste in my mouth. The food is over priced and I don?t like hearingpeople ?politely? bicker about their roles. Takes a bit long to get food. Overall pretty good but the whole time I?m standing the employees are having full blown... conversation about religion. Like whhyyyy?????? There are no signs anywhere stating you place an order on the computer. I waited over 20 minutes for one cold item. New people... in every position apparently. Sad, the " cashier" couldn't count the money I gave her or the change she owed me. I very nicelyshowed her how. So sad, Panera use to be good! Read more
Expensive fast food. Kind of like Starbucks but with more food. Seems popular. Lot's of seating. I had a breakfast sandwich. Why... is all fast-food bacon lame? I don't see myself coming back. Read more
Good management, the food is decent but when they served me a two bite Mac n cheese for 7$ I had to ask for a refund. The... manager apologized and gave me a prompt refund. The sandwiches are good, but I wouldn't stray to far if you're not prepared tobe disappointed. Overall okay experience, wish I didn't have to ask for a refund, but at least they handled it okay. Panera is a good place to sit and eat some good food. A little pricey, but I think worth it. Try the new pizzas! It's worth it... for the crust alone. I really liked the eclectic selection of low or no sugar fountain drinks also (we don't need all that sugaranyways). Read more
Food quality was awful. I ordered a warm bowl with a side of apple. The apples were so brown and mushy, they weren?t edible.... Good portions were very small for prices. There were about 4 workers standing around, not completing a task, yet telling peoplein line to order at a kiosk, despite several cash registers open and unmanned. I used to really enjoy Panera, but the lastseveral times I have been here the quality has been subpar, the service has been terrible and the prices high. Won?t be comingback anytime soon. Read more
