Kudos to the management and crew for stellar customer service. I am ALLERGIC to gluten. Not only do they have gluten free... crusts...they also take their gloves off, wash their hands, put new gloves on, grab the gluten free crust and go in the backroom where they open new containers of whatever toppings I put on my pizza. This results in a truly gluten free pizza that I caneat. Bravo for going the second third and fourth extra miles! Read more

Ordered many pizzas online. Never had a problem until tonight. I had to call them and get them to remake our pizza. After a 45... minute wait. They screwed up our order of half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. Got half pep/ half cheese. Time to find a new pizzaplace. Read more

I normally love this Papa Murphy?s which is the only reason they didn?t get one star. They?re friendly and usually on the ball.... My experience today, not so much. Ordering and paying online is supposed to make for a quick pick up. I placed and order at10:00am for a 5:00pm pick up. When I arrived at 5:10, my order hadn?t even been started yet. Half an hour later, when everyoneelse was gone and I was still waiting, I asked where my order was. One pizza was on the rack, two others on the counter and theydidn?t realize I ordered a salad too, so they had to quick make it. Emily was super apologetic and sweet and gave me a freecookie dough. I?m hoping they take this opportunity to regroup and consider how they manage call ahead and online orders in thefuture. Read more

Update- even when you give them three hours on Halloween they still are not ready with your pizza when you come to pick it up. ... I'm glad they're so popular but really??? Great you-bake pizza place - order over the phone during busy times to avoid a longwait as they are popular. Nice staff too. Read more
