The service and food was excellent. I did not catch the waitress name but she did a great job with our party of 7.
We ordered a variety of items, including the crepes (blueberry topping), super sweet if you like that & exactly the batter I... like in a crepe, baked potato with cottage cheese was epic. The soup of the day was beef vegetable and had lots of perfectlycooked veggies, veggie sandwich was on sour dough and delightfully fresh. We lived the ?low music? so we could have a coverstation while dining. Only 2 of us had room for dessert, but the Lemon Meringue and Strawberry Rhubarb we?re incrediblydelicious! Nice place to go eat with family. Big food portions. I do wish there was more sauce on the burger. Everything else taste good... and service was very well. We came late to eat and they let us stay to finish our food past closing time. Read more
I ordered Salmon with the mash potatoes/turkey gravy and green beans. It was really good! The salmon was perfectly done, beans... were not overcooked (comes with bacon crumbles), even the bread was really good. My mom ordered the fish and chips, and thebreading was light and crisp, not heavy, not greasy, and not burnt or over cooked. She enjoyed them too. They also have greatwait staff, they are always friendly. I'm surprised that I don't see more families here, it would be a great place for them,with plenty of room. Read more
Dated restaurant. Terrible desserts. Won't be back. We stopped in for dessert and coffee. Was served hot brown water at almost... $10 a pot and four awful desserts. Three slices of pie and a terrible brownie sundae that was flabby, too sweet and ugly. Thepies were under baked and tasted like raw flour. We mentioned that the coffee was super weak and the waitress made no offer tocorrect it. Very disappointed. Read more
