Delicious pho broth!!! Just right. Perfect balance of spice and depth. Highly recommend. Tendon was great (highly recommended,... thick slice and very soft), brisket was great. Meatball is a bit more tendon-y (as opposed to smooth consistency) than othermeatball we?re used to, if you?re into that sort of thing. Fried rice was good, strong pepper-y note, and fluffy. I was in the area shopping, so I stopped in and ordered a salad roll with shrimp and pork. It's the best salad roll I've had in... a long time. It was very fresh, and had aromatic herbs just like I like. The peanut sauce was very tasty too! Sometimesrestaurants put too much spice in their peanut sauce for my taste, but this was just right for me. I will definitely be back formore salad rolls and will try other items on their menu as well. Read more
This is our favorite restaurant in Vancouver. The pho is incredible, but I highly recommend branching out and trying any of the... rice or vermicelli dishes with meat and sauce. We dine in or order delivery/take out regularly and have never, ever beendissatisfied. The service is excellent, and the interior is really cute and bistro-like. You will not be disappointed. In search of the perfect Pho broth? I stumble into Pho Brothers semi lost in a large shopping complex. I?m greeted promptly and... sit by the window so I can keep an eye on my dog. The waitress comes by and tells me my dog is looking for me and sure enough,he?s got his head out the window and is watching me like a hawk But on to the the Pho, I mean that?s why we?re here right? Goodsavory depth, complex mix of spices with an occasional surprise explosion from a hand ground fragment. Love the sauce, chili andhoisin and maybe something else. I love the hot and sweet and whatever else it is. There is some of that strange ground beefstuff that is usually like rubber, but is much nicer here. Nice presentation, nice friendly staff, winner winner, pho soupdinner. Put this place on my list! Read more
The pho broth is the best we have had in awhile! My fiance is Vietnamese and he likes it so much that he has been to the... restaurant 4 times in the past 4 days! The service was also excellent. So happy to have a great place to get pho less than 10minutes from our house. Read more
Great food. Had their bahn mi and real jasmine milk tea, it was great. The server was energetic and great to be around. Will... have to come back and try their pho. They have a small(er) menu which is a good sign. Glad there are people who really careabout the food they serve in vancouver. Read more
