I know it?s fast food but I seriously couldn?t believe the experience I had. I get off work, place my order online at 9pm for... myself and my kids. It says it will arrive at 10:10pm. I wait and wait, and soon enough it?s 10:30pm. Did the driver get lost? Icall the store and they say my order was voided because they didn?t have square dough. They say they called me 3 times, I didnot receive any calls or emails. I just kept getting updates that they were in the process of making my order. I am sofrustrated, but he asked if I want to put in another order that will take 40 minutes, it?s late at this point so I agree. Thenhe says he has to put me on hold, and comes back saying they are actually completely out of dough because I?m ordering too latein the night. I waited an hour and a half for nothing. Called placed order, rude little jerk answered and told me an hour fifteen minutes, I said ok. Hour and thirty goes by and no... pizza. Called back chick answered and she said there was no order at all. I asked for the managers name she did I don't haveto give you my managers name. I told her she was lucky I wasn't there and I will never order there again. So manager yourestablishment is terrible and so are your employees. Read more
If I could give a Zero rating I would. Delivery estimated 40-50 minutes. Took two and a half hours to arrive. Pizza was cold... soggy and stale. Took one bite and immediately threw this all away. This food was sitting so long the grease from the pizzasoaked thru the box.This food was not safe or okay. Read more
Was delivered the wrong pizza. When I called and explained that the manager said they'd send the correct one out. An hour later... (an hour and a half since my original order was placed) I call to check since its now been twice as long as my original wait.Manager said the driver was just now leaving. I asked why it took twice as long to get my replacement pizza as I figured thatwould have been a priority and he rudely replied "well were busy". I get they made a mistake but the managers attitude, not thewait, is what drove me to leave this review. Read more
The entire pizza was literally stuck to the box. And half the dough was undercooked. I asked for STUFFED crust, not stuck crust.
Look I understand the ways of the world right now, but... I ordered my food at 6:30pm. I had to call to see where it was at... 8:00pm. The person was rude, lied and said the driver tried to call me, when the driver finally arrived, I asked if she triedto call me, she said no. The manager then asked what can I do for you? I said what can you do? He says, well the driver showedup so NOTHING. I was like, then why did you offer? Needly to say I hung up! Read more
Spent 60.37 for dinner my pizza is not cooked all the way so e pieces look like this and didn't get everything I ordered dominos... is way better and it's bad as well I'll never again go to this place for food Read more
We got Pizza Hut because we wanted to try the new pizza melts. They were so crispy and almost burnt that no one finished there?s... and I made dinner. Also I ordered cinnamon sticks and instead of icing I got marinara sauce and I also ordered two extra icingsand didn?t get those either. I called to talk to them about it. The guy answered put me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up.I would not recommend this Pizza Hut Read more
