I'd like to start by saying... They have awesome chicken! That being said... I went the other day and they were busy. Not more... so than normal, but I decided to go inside to get my to go order. The line was shorter. It took longer inside than it would havein the drive through. I ordered an 8 piece that usually has two of each piece. 2 Brests, 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. I got ithome for dinner on my busy day and there were no breasts in my assortment of chicken. They didn't let me know that they didn'thave it, or that it would take longer. Read more

I usually only order the chicken sandwiches and 90% of the time it's fine. The only reason I give it three stars is because of... the drive-thru. It takes 15 years to wait in line, order, pay and then get your food & since the parking layout is the way itis, I have almost no choice but to always drive-thru. I'm also always very skeptical when they take my debit card, they takeanother year to run the card and give it back. ???? By the time I get back home, I've aged probably 20 years. Read more

The absolute worst customer service. I?m waiting to even be acknowledged as 2 managers are behind the chicken stand asking other... employees what they were doing. The 3 associates in front are ignoring customers as we are all waiting. I?m told my order willbe done in 5 minutes. Apparently beignets take over 10 minutes to cook. . I just keep getting told it?s not done yet. Eventhough it said my order was done. Absolutely NO managers stepped in to do anything and now an employee who is in training isrunning the front. This is pathetic and I hope someone can help these guys and fire the ones who just seem to not care. Read more

The girl in drive through needs to check her eyes and ears.! I am highly allergic to spicy food.! That is why I ordered 3... original classic chicken sandwiches. And 2 of the shrimp and biscuit. Decent meals in the past for fast food, but this time was disappointing. They didn't give me my biscuit. The Cole slaw was... funky. The sauce had a consistency of Elmer's glue. Weirdest I've ever seen and tasted. I'm hoping it doesn't get me sick. Read more

Family ate from this location twice. Both times I got sick from the food. Both were Togo orders. (I know I know, just wanted to... give them another shot.) Looking at their track record from there food inspections I can now understand why we got sick! Goahead and look at all the red infractions. You won't want to eat there after you see them.
