Went to this Shari’s about a month ago and felt the service was terrible, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt... and try again. The service again was awful. Took too long to get a table, too long to order, forever to get our food. Hardly sawthe waitress. It took over 45 minutes to get our meals. The food is mediocre, but I can live with that, not expecting finedining. In my mind there is no excuse for slow moving staff. The manager appeared to move just as slow. Other customers werealso complaining about how long it took to get their food or their bill. They may have been short staffed, but I think it wasjust the poor work ethic of the employees they had there. Shari’s corporate should really take note of this location. Will notreturn! Read more
This place is ridiculous waited over an hour for are food and when we finally got it the soup was stone cold and had moldy... onions on it. Then after we ordered and they brought us are drinks they never brought us the drink for my kids till I had to askfor it when they finally brought us are food(I could never ask before cause they where never around to ask). I don't like to sayanything bad about restaurants now specially nowadays cause I know it's hard with not having enough people and the customersgetting ruder mowadays but this made me never want to eat at Shari's again.... this place messed up so bad I had to leave thisrestaurant cause i couldn't take it anymore and go somewhere else to eat Read more
Seriously the worst sharis I have ever come across!! This is the second time that I have ordered to go ( out of 2 times) and... they have been out of what I ordered. Now being out of the food is not the issue as I understand things happen. The utter lackof respect and Communication is the issue. I know for me both my email and my cell phone were on my order. It should of beensimple communication and yet none was given either time. When I called to complain this time the lady who answered the phone hadnot a single answer. She was useless!! I see no reason why a simple call was not placed either time. Instead waiting until thecustomer arrives is unacceptable. Not only does the funds get removed out of my acct and placed on hold, so not available forother options. I have to find another option both times. Two things that I am not prepared for. A simple heads up should of beengiven. I am beyond livid. They even mark the orders In online account as delivered. Shady as can be. Great friendly staff. Perfect food
server was nice, however the food quality was poor. the fruit was visibly gross yet she served it to me anyways. my daughter's... Belgian waffle was hardly cooked and soggy and my son's fries were barely cooked either. was pretty disappointed with Shari'sfood the last couple times I've ate there, not just this location, Gladstone sucked too! Great quality and quantity of food for the price. Staff was helpful, friendly, and laid back, made for a nice and relaxed... atmosphere. We loved our server's food recommendations. Would definitely go back when we're in the area again. Read more
It was good. Not great. I had French dip and side salad. Roast beef kinda had an odd flavor. Hubby enjoyed his meal very much.... It would have been nice if my coffee was refilled instead of sitting there empty. Husband's water was never empty. I had toask for a refill but it never came. I do love their pies. I didn't have time for one today. My fault though not theirs. Read more
