Semi-crowded, but got my drink quickly. Found comfy chairs in the corner to visit with my friend. Not noisy.
I have been going to Starbucks for over 20 years now , been in Wa for 8 yrs , and I have hated the customer service at all... (except one) the Starbucks in Wa that I've tried , and I've been to a lot throughout Southwest Wa. But I stopped at thislocation and the customer service was the best ???? I wish I could remember the 2 people's names that served me but they weregreat. The guy that took my order was so friendly and patient w me , the girl who made my drink made it perfect (which is veryrare unfortunately, so I really appreciated it) and when they gave me the drink w no lid I was confused and asked about a lid,and they were super nice in their response, making me not feel dumber than I already did because the lids were right behind me. I didn't know because I had never been to that location before. But I'm glad I did stop in because now I will definitely beback !! Clean; quick service when placing order; friendly staff. Altho there were several customers, it was relatively quiet... considering the noise of blenders, etc.. My complaint is that I couldn't hear my name called when my drink was ready even tho Iwas sitting at a table close to the pick-up location. My friend came in after I got my drink and she had the same experience ofnot hearing her name called when her drink was ready. People standing near the counter seemed to be slow to pick up theirdrinks as well. Not sure if they had similar problems or if it was something else. Read more
The staffs are always welcomming, kind and efficient here! I often grab Starbucks merchandises from this locations because... they're color categorized and displayed real nicely. I wish the tables were cleaned and organized little more often buteverything else are great over here! Read more
There are like 10 flies swarming in the lobby and it seems to be no problem to management. Baristas are friendly and efficient,... just wish the manager cared more about cleanliness. Also, they do not follow Starbucks corporate standards of dating their milkand food items, so be careful ordering anything milk or frozen food items. Read more

Used to be great. Lot of turnovers that still are learning. Go here consistently and for the last month I have not received the... drink I actually order. Sometimes it's the wrong size, no flavoring, wrong milk, iced when asked for hot, or just a differentdrink. If something is wrong and I point it out they are annoyed and stand firm instead of fixing. Frustrating for a $10coffee. Switching to a different location until they figure it out. I'll miss you and your convient location ???? Read more
Cashier was a really nice guy and was helpful and tried to do whatever he could to make our request be met for a sample. They... couldn?t just make a sample but he did offer to make the drink for my wife if she didn?t like it just to make her some totallydifferent so appreciated that. Got my birthday drink, which is free. Actually let my wife pick the drink and it was a caramelFrappuccino, which was of course delicious. Read more
