The staff are always friendly and helpful. Could use a little more seating space inside with Winter soon to be in full blast. Do... not know where they could put it. The only Starbucks I visit on a regular basis. I live in Cascade Park but it is well worth theextra drive!! Read more

I know its busy but learn to pump! Starbucks drinks are all pump based. So many pumps of something makes a drink. I came to this... location and asked for 8 pumps of chai and Im handed a milk colored drink. My drink should be brown. I ask for 4 pumps more andshe hands me a drizzle of chai in a cup. I ended up throwing it out. They were just pumping so fast that it doesnt come out.Pump slower!! Read more

Went through the drive thru about 10:45, got great and fast service. My drink was well made and correct to order! A pleasant... visit with nice Barista's! Read more

Good, consistent service. Good, consistent coffee. Bathrooms are clean. Building is mostly clean, but a little beat up in... places. Sometimes the drive-through is a little packed but I suppose it's that way everywhere. Parking is plentiful if you'rewilling to walk a bit. Driving around this place is a bit cramped, especially if you have a large vehicle. This is your typicalStarbucks location. There are a few outdoor seats, etc. It's a regular, run-of-the-mill, boring Starbucks, albeit with limitedseating. The plug-in situation leaves a bit to be desired as well. Oh, and there's no Nitro! Wow. No Nitro? Anyway, if youfrequent Starbucks at all, you know what you're going to get. Read more

They now have one register at this Starbucks. Employees let a crazy customer hold Up the Line for 20 minutes when the manager... should have took her aside to explain the process of how the card works and check previous days history on multiple cards shehad. The lady just wanted free stuff it was obvious. This team needs customer service Training in a big way, very painfulexperience! Read more

I like this particular Starbucks. Realize it?s a big franchise, but at times they provide an important service beyond what is... served. The products taste like any other Starbucks, but what I like is that the facilities and hours are good. I go there todrink tea and do some reading or computer work. Homeless are not prevalent here and the lobby is clean. Read more
