Lady that took my order was very annoyed when I asked for a peppermint white mocha. She pointed to the sign and said it shows... right there we are out of peppermint. I joked and said I guess I shouldn't have known exactly what I wanted to order. She didnot find me funny. I was them looking at the menu and she said are you going to order something, in a very harsh tone. I placedmy order and she never said thank you, have a good day or even your order will be available in a few. She clearly did not wantcustomers inside. I didn't dare tell them my code was burnt. I am an Uber Eats food delivery driver. So you rated me down because I took the single drink out of the bag before delivering to... its destination. I will have you know that often the drink spills in the bag. I removed the drink from the bag so I can utilizethe awesome cup holders in my vehicle. Four stars out of five because, with a high turnover of baristas (that's just the way it is trying to find adequate help right... now, no one's fault), but more often than not, your drinks will be well made. This is a more well-managed than some Starbucks,so I keep going back. You can tell the seasoned pros by their personalities, but showing kindness to newbies helps boost theirmorale, too. Greeted immediately. Very nice gal helped me choose type of sweetener and strength of tea. Turned out, she's the shift manager!... All the baristas were full of smiles and helpfulness. Will be happy to visit again when I'm in the area. Nice place. Niceatmosphere. I'm gluten free so risky biz doing any where not dedicated gluten free... I do drinks only or an occasional Kindbar, but eating here... never eating at Starbucks. Wish my app would stop tempting me with extra points if I do the forbiddenfood. Recommend you stop in this Starbucks for your favorite drink. Read more
