Loved my drink... Chai Tea with Almonds milk. Yummmmy
I had just arrived and sat down with my tea and do some computer work. About five minutes later I was in formed that the store... would be closing early it was not quite 3pm. If a sign would have been posted on the door before they closed the I would havedriven to another location. They new long before 2:50 pm that they were going to close early. So by not informing the customersit was a disservice. I understand being understaffed and needing to close but as I stated it should have been posted earlier,not five minutes before they closed. I'm a gold card member and this to me is not acceptable by Starbucks. This happened lasttime I was in this time everything was good. Read more

Got my caramel frappe and it was great as usual
Very good store but often closes early while the app says it's still open. Most recently I tried to redeem my free birthday... drink but the store was closed when I got there so I could not redeem it or use it at a different store :( thanks.... :( Read more
Absolutely the best hands down customer service... Woke up this morning, with less than the adequate amount of magic beans to... produce the starting fluid needed to get rumbling. Staggered to the drive thru and employees were prepared to throw the gloveson and knock the sleep out of me you all killed it this morning. Read more
We had a large order and ended up with several wrong order and extra hot cocos for the kids 3 adults and 4 kids and 2 adult... drinks were wrong and ended up with 2 extra kids drinks. They were so busy I didn't ask them to fix it because they said Itwould be awhile. Read more
