Poor woman behind the counter @11:00 was working hours past her regular shift, alone because her coworker did not show up. She... called coworker and managnent with no response! This woman did not normally work this location, didnt have access to keys toclose up and apparently had never been trained to close even if she wanted too. The managment essentially trapped her there withabsolutly no way to end her shift at a 24 hour location! When i was in there she had four people in line and four online ordershanging. She was taking care of all of them inbetween calls to managment that went unanswered. Her ride was sitting in the lobbywaiting for her. I left because honestly she didnt need any extra work put on her plate. Im so appaled at the managment ofthis store. This is why people are walking out of their jobs. Honestly if i was in her position i would have walked alread, it'snot her fault you didnt provide her a key to lock up encase of this kind of situation. Read more

Visited on 09-22-22 and ordered the monster and the boss footlongs. Extremely long wait to order. After placing order we noticed... that employee was putting identical items on both sandwiches. I'd stopped her and asked if those were both my sandwiches as wehad ordered the two above, which we repeated our order by. She looked back to the board and after a loud expression offrustration she tips the one sandwich over knocking the meat back into the container and aggressively picks the rest meat offand continues looking back and forth at the menu board even after starting to make the right sandwich. No I'm sorry, nothingbut continued expression of annoyance. I then notice she's putting wrong cheese and topping on sandwich so I again asked her ifshe had just put that cheese, pepper jack and Chipotle sauce on it as that was not what went on it. She looks at the board andthen asks "AGAIN" what we ordered. By this time we've told her at least three times. She's really confused acting and yetannoyed, grabbing the sandwich she proceeded to try to take everything off but then stopped, finishing it, cutting it andwrapping it all while we are waiting, taking to the back comes out and asking for us to repeat what we wanted. OMG! We ordercorrectly again, watching her and she makes it correctly. We did ask by the way if we could add olives when we first placed ourorder but was told we couldn't because it had to be made exactly as stated on menu board. Never have I ever heard that beforebut wasn't going to question it. We finally make it to the register to pay and I have coupon which she told me I couldn't useand then told me if I had read the fine orient at the bottom I would of known that. I finally had enough and told her to forgetit, I didn't want then and left. I got to my car and decided no I needed to talk to a manager.... Terrible customer service. You could at least act like you want to be there. Pouty blue haired man bun needs to go... asap.... After reading the other reviews, it's clear that the manager is at fault for hiring these disrespectful employees. Clean it upsubway. This location needs help! Dummy forgot to put cheese on our sandwiches. Wasn't aware until we got home. Avoid thislocation if at all possible! Read more

The girl with purple hair was SO rude. she acted like she knew nothing about the job by asking what spicy mayo was with a rude... tone and doing the onlines that JUST came through before any of the long line of customers on top of rude in so many other ways.i understand working in food is hard but i?ve worked for different fast food jobs the past 4 years and haven?t ever encounteredsomeone that rude. I went in june 29 at around 10:20 pm . I told the guy that was working there what I wanted, and while I was saying it, I... realized he was busy, so I said when he had the time, he gived me an attitude because he was busy. I told him, that's why I saidwhen he had the time. Still responded with an attitude, so I gived it back to him and walked out of the restaurant. And is funnybecause he told me to get out of his store or business place while I was already walking out, and he is just an employee. Notspending my money there again, that's what you get. I've always loved Subway. Bought dinner for me & a friend. Got just what I wanted & how I wanted, so did she, less than 15... minutes. Out the door we went. Thanks Subway!! See ya soon! ?? Read more

The employees, including the manager will not dispose of dead animals, 2' in front of their door. They also don't care how... unappetizing it is and also don't care how customers feel about it. The employees and management also don't have any proceduresfor dealing with dead animals near their store. They are maintaining the lowest level of customer service and cleanliness in myopinion.
