The kiosks are awful. You can't select vegetables to put on the sandwich before it gets toasted (ie can't have it toasted with... green peppers and onion) and it's just a bad experience. This subway is NOT busy, there is no justification for forcing peopleto use the kiosk when you're the only customer in the store. If you want to force people to use the kiosks during a lunch timerush (if enough people still go to this terrible place that there is a rush) then fine but it doesn't make sense to haveemployees just stare at you and their phones while you push buttons. Have to do online orders or Kiosk. The bread is smaller at this location only. The breakfast sandwich they cut the whole eggs in... half and use a whole 2 eggs on a foot long. Meat portion is nothing. The cheese is nothing. Can't even see them make thesandwiches. So can't see them messing it or getting it right. Will never return to this Subway. This was the worse subway I ever had in my entire life. The bread and the portion was so small that seems like I was eating half... of a 6?. The sandwich artist put two slice of tomatoes that I could barely see. I will never be back here again. She saw metaking a picture and typing something and she asked if there was something wrong with my sandwich. I explained that my sandwichwas very small and she spent a whole time explaining the reasons instead of offering to do it again. We had eaten at this location many times pre pandemic. It is close to our home and activities. My son and I chose to stop for... something fresh before practice. Was sadly disappointed at the cleanliness of the store and the kiosk ordering. There werecrumbs and dust bunnies all over the floor of the patrons area like it hadn?t been swept or mopped in days. Most tables had notbeen wiped. I could see food on the floor behind the counter. The kiosk did not give us the option to build our own; I endedup with buffalo sauce that burned my mouth and insides, when I asked for chipotle. The chip shelves were not stocked. They wereout of several ingredients. It appeared that only one person was working the store, so I can see why it was filthy. Nothingsmelled fresh, clean or appetizing, but we were on the go. This store definitely needs a refresh. We will be choosing anotherlocation from now on. Read more

Staff is friendly no more cashier to place order is done a kiosk touch screen they is signage to place order there. Today?s... stuff seem to be helpful though if you run into any issues. Read more

I usually love eating subway! In fact I used to work there. But today I found a twig in my sandwich! A twig!! And to top it off... I asked for a side of sauce, that side of sauce was hardly filled and the sauce barely covered the bottom of the container?. Iknow you got sauce to spare subway! Read more
