Probably Lost a customer today. Been coming here for awhile. Make sure you take a picture of your order slip. I took a picture.... When my family had all finished eating I got up to pay and the sushi chef tried handing me a part of the order about 20 dollarsworth that never came with our food. The yakisoba and other stuff had already taken awhile to cook. We took our time and ate. Itold him I don't want it anymore we are already leaving. They made me pay for it anyway. I told the lady at the counter too. Shesaid the mussels take a little longer. I said but we already ate everything else that had came. She made me pay for it insteadof comping it or taking it off our order. I'm not going to ever eat it now it was tempura stuff. What a waste of money andfood. Other than that though. The food is good. The atmosphere ok. And the service is livable. Just wish they would treat longtime customers a little better. Read more
I was really hoping to enjoy this place but,unfortunately, the sushi was below mediocre at best. The conveyor belt wasn?t on so... we had to order ?freshly? made. It was NOT fresh and everything just tasted old. My friend and I made the best of a badsituation and agreed to ?embrace the experience? and then never return.???????????? We went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn?tbusy but the waitress kept passing us. Our waters were never refilled and they forgot the rest of my order. When I asked whenI?d be receiving it she didn?t know what I was talking about. She then came back from the kitchen with it and apologized.For theability to apologize, I gave this place a two star rating but I would never return or recommend it to friends or family. If thefood is bad then work on customer service. It helps when the wait is long and the meal is less than desirable. Read more

Great quality food for the cheap prices you pay, and they have a good selection of sushi, appetizers, and entrees. Service is... excellent and they are willing to make accommodations for requests. I would highly recommend their tempura and calamari,especially with spicy mayo! Conveyor belt has been closed due to COVID, but the food still comes to you quickly, even there area lot of people dining inside. Would definitely recommend this place, one of the best sushi restaurants in town. Read more
Really tasty, my fiance loves this place, whenever we are In town and want sushi this is where we go. It doesn't matter if you... are new to sushi or you know what you like. They have it so you can taste new food without spending too much as well. they havegood prices and and nice people. They don't enforce masks but the conveyer belt they usually have running is not on I'm assumingfor health reasons. Read more
We ordered rice to start. Their rice preparation is excellent! Food was fresh, flavorful and most important it was nicely... balanced. The staff was nice, polite, effecient and I found the prices very reasonable. I may be a little biased as I've beenhere multiple times but after 4 positive experiences in a row its time to leave a good review and recommend you eat... anything.Its all high quality. Read more
BEST SUSHI PLACE IN GREATER VANCOUVER AREA!! I?ve been here 15+ times and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.... The seafood and sushi is always top notch, drinks are great and the food comes to our table in a reasonable amount of time. It?sa great date-night spot or great to bring kids! The menu has a lot of variety and is definitely my favorite sushi spot. Mycurrent favorite is the Crispy California rolls! Read more
Great sushi presented well, bit the roll portions are the smallest I have ever had at a restaraunt. However the simple tuna ... was a good size and great color. Prices are too high for the size of portions in this location. If the place had moreambiance I would be ok with it. Read more
