Closed early but left menu board light on. Then when you go to drive through they don't acknowledge you or say they closed... early. They just let you sit there confused because they are supposed to be open and their lights are on. Had to call the storeto learn they were closed early. I have seen locations run on literally 2 people in the afternoon. You are telling me you can'tbe open until 2am like scheduled when you have 3 employee cars in the parking lot? Read more

Worst taco-bell on this planet. No joke. Food tasted like it was left out for three days. Don?t expect to order food with your... app either. I was standing inside waiting for 10-15mins and the lady working there didn?t say one word to me, until I finallyasked if they were still open. I?ve been here 2-3 times and it?s always been chaotic and the worst taco bell experience. Avoidthis place like the plague. Read more

The service here is always great and friendly! Parking lot and drive through are a nightmare during busy times. Food isn't... always the freshest but it's Taco Bell, I don't expect gourmet. Read more

Every time I go to this PARTICULAR LOCATION, the food is cold, or they miss items EACH , AND EVERY TIME!!! I always end up... going back, to get things replaced, or actually given to me what I ordered because several items are missing! I changed mypreferred restaurant to the 65th street location instead, they are AMAZING BTW! Tonight my son went for dinner to pick it up,and went to the NE fourthplain one.......once again they missed 2 items, and when I recieved my Nacho, the chips tasted likesome kind of chemicals? The only way I can describe it , is like melted tar! So so unbeatable! I did call and they offered areplacement or refund, which I appreciate, but COME ON! This has been going on since this location opened! Clearly they neednew management or something! I ? Taco Bell! This Taco Bell is making me never want it again every time we purchase for our LARGEFamily!???? Read more

Literally the SLOWEST restaurant i have ever been to. Its been like this for the last few years. Staff tries to be nice, but... they are clearly unmotivated. Moral here is horrible. They must have taken care of 10 cars through the drive-thru before theygot to my order as I was standing at the counter. Looking into the kitchen... Filthy. Skip this one at all costs. Read more

I live near this location and out of the last 100 times I?ve been there they?ve gotten my order wrong 100 times. The never pay... attention to online order details. Even when I show up at the drive through (like tonight) they didn?t get the items correct.The Crunchwrap didn?t even have the crunchy tortilla inside. It was made incorrectly, with the wrong meat, and I was charged forthe chipotle sauce I ordered as an upgrade, but it wasn?t on there. Same thing with the upgrade to grilled chicken. Paid for butdid not receive. It?s like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Im never going there again. I?m driving the extra 5 minutes to the nextlocation. Read more

This is a review of the service and not the food. We ordered breakfast on line at about 9:30am, paid as usual and got the usual... online responses. When we got there, we pulled up to the speaker, but got no response. So we pulled up to the drive-thru windowonly to be told that despite the sign saying that their hours were 8am to 12am, that they didn?t open until 11am. I ask whytheir app showed that they opened at 8am, accepted my order and my credit card payment. The response was to ?go on line andcancel your order?. I don?t blame the young people working there, but rather the management for not addressing the lack of staffand for failing to update their information. Read more

I absolutely Love Taco Bell, however this Taco Bell specifically has been horrible Every single time I have been there. It's... either the wrong items, someone else's order, not having the ingredients, giving me dry beans that obviously have not beenrehydrated properly or they've been sitting there for 5 hours. I Stood at the counter today for 5 minutes after ordering at thekiosk. I was paying cash so I had to wave someone over after standing at the counter to get them to take my money. They finallyget my money, get my order in and I wait 20 minutes! There was one other order in front of me inside the store. Not 1 person wasmaking the orders on the inside. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. I highly recommend finding somewhere other thanTaco Bell. I worked at Taco Bell at 18 and was a manager. This would never happen then. There are constantly huge drive thrulines that take forever... let alone going in. They ignore you and play around with each other. Very unprofessional. Gettingreplacement food is pointless. They still get it wrong. GO TO SUPER TACO EXPRESS! It's better, fresher and a lot cheaper. Read more
