My kids love Taco Bell but it took almost 25 minutes to get our order and by then we had to take it to go so we wouldn?t be late... for our appointment. One worker dropped an item on the floor and the Door Dash woman in line in front of me had to tell him toremake it as he literally picked it up and put it in the bag as if he hadn?t dropped it???? I just went through the drive thru and ordered 30 dollars worth of food. I ordered the nacho fries, they were cold. I went back... through the drive thru within 2 minutes and told them it was cold I was then told that they were just made and refused to getnew ones. They would not even feel the fries. They were cold to the touch. I then asked for a manager and was told they were onbreak then asked for a phone number for one. Again was told they didn?t have a number for the manager. I asked her to asksomeone who did and she came back within a minute with new fries and immediately handed them and closed the window. I wouldstill like to speak to a manager. It felt like they were being lazy and refusing to give me managers information. Poor service.The rest of my food was good. Read more

Overall I have not been disappointed by the food served there. However it's the drive through that takes very long time. This... was about 11:20p and I was in line almost 30 min. Before getting my order. They've also seemed to be having issues with the cardreader for payments. Common excuse from the employees are that it's always poor connection with the host server. The last two times I have eaten here, people are doing something to the food. Hard taco smashed, not a Supreme when ordered a... Supreme. And every item is covered in a wet liquid, that smells like soapy water. The teenagers working here should beterminated for food tampering. Read more

Gal working the window needs to work on customer service skills. Line was empty. They had no ice so i got warm drinks. I checked... my bag to make sure i got everything, at a quick glance it was there but i wasnt so sure. So i pulled into a parking spot tothoroughly check and sure enough i was missing 3 tacos. I give four stars. Last time I went the guy inside was so nice and we had a lovely little conversation. The food was excellent... taco bell. The time before that the food was ok but the lady inside lied and said they didn't serve the food items I inquiredabout. I believe she simply didn't want to make them because this time I went inside and all the items were clearly on theirmenu and I ordered and ate them all. Rude. Someone like that should be fired because to be that's reason enough to never gothere again. But I wanted to know if she was lying because their online menu said they had the items. She was and they did.Thankfully for them the guy working inside was so nice I'll be happy to go back again... If she's not working there. Read more

Extremely rude and didn?t receive anything I asked for correctly. Asked no tomatoes? got loaded with tomatoes? asked for no ice... in the drink got so much ice I had a sip of soda and the rest was ice. I asked for mild sauce and didn?t even receive any sauceutterly terrible service. I feel like they went out of the way to put more tomatoes on my girls food because I?ve never seen somany tomatoes on a chulupa. The receipt has everything correct but the cashier was also extremely rude and gave me my drink withthe lid half on. 0/5 stars sad even for a Taco Bell. Read more

This has to be the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I wish I could give you zero stars but my $30+ dollars had to pay... for something. Entered the drive-thru to order food for my family. They took about 7-8 minutes taking the persons order infront of me, they moved on up to the window. My turn, no greeting, no nothing, what can I get for you? Ordered 2 steakchalupas, 2 cheesy Gordita crunch, 2 crunch tacos and a steak quesadilla. What sauce would you like? Hot & Fire please! Totalis $30.XX, please drive up to the window. Not greeted at the window, made to wait 5 minutes or so before anyone came over, justtook the card out of my hand, didn't even tell me my balance. No enthusiasm, tells me that this employer is shyte and theirstaff don't enjoy working for them or they'd have more pride in every facet of the work they do. Fine, I don't expect much so Iwas just like, cool. Comes back, hands me 2 bags. One bag, just the quesadilla, the other bag the other 6 items. Lets look athow they made the food first. As you can see from the provided photos they did not make the food correctly at all with the 2taco's having 30% of the ingredients they're meant to. One of the cheesy gordita crunch, its ingredients were unrecognizablebecause there's not enough of anything and it almost feels like intentionally poorly made. The other one was open in the bagwith a wrapped item sitting inside of it covered in food. The quesadilla wasn't cut, the steak inside of it was rock hard andyou can tell it was expired past its disposal time. Nothing was wrapped well except the quesadilla which is hard to mess up asits a sleeve style bag. However the misery continues. No sauce, no napkins and worse, the way the items were bagged, onewrapped item was sitting inside one of the other unwrapped items, you can see the mess from the photos.
