Went through drive thru. Only car there. Nothing was wrong with the order. Staff did nothing wrong. One guy in window has no... jacket while it?s 42° outside. It?s only getting colder. He didn?t have the right size shirt either. How can management notproperly supply employees with proper attire and expect them to perform well? I worked at multiple Taco Bells between 2019 and2022. Long drive through not prepared for the rush what so ever. I had easily almost an hour wait. They take way to long to get orders... ready and get people out don't recommend coming here for lunch if you want to get it quick. Read more
Cashier was Valletta. I ordered four items. The cashier failed to ring up one of my items therefore I did not receive it. She... seemed completely incoherent and didn?t even make eye contact with me when I asked for the missing item. She then proceeds togive me my food and I ask her if all the items are in there and she said yes. I checked, not all the items were there and whatwas in the bag was NOT what I ordered. At this point I don?t even care just give me my missing item. Several minutes later shetosses me the bag with a my food which is missing my hot sauce. Again, doesn?t even look at me not giving me a chance to ask forthe hot sauce. The entire exchange was very bizarre and I am honestly astonished at the poor level of service at thisestablishment. The staff here are always so nice. I don't know the names of the people but had a really nice conversation with a young... gentleman asking me what the best thing about my day was. One of the staff drew and gave me a little picture.. they're awesomehere... Not to mention my food has always been made very, very well!! They give the exact amount of sauce requested too. I seeother people saying this place is closed a lot.. that is not the staffs fault and they don't deserve a negative rating for whatis outside of their control. I came through a while ago and there were only 2 people working and they made sure to let me knowas I pulled up to the window.. the food was still ready fast and made very well... Ordered in app to pick up inside and get there and their doors are locked! I call and they say they can't bring me my food I... have to use drive thru if I want my order. Why is it even an option in the app to pick up inside if it's unavailable??? TacoBell really needs to get it together. The lady on phone was like you're even lucky we're even open, like what? What is there to say about Taco Bell? I went here due to lack of other options in the area. There is virtually nothing on the... menu anymore that is related to Mexican or Hispanic food. Everything is smothered in liquid "cheese" sauce which is gross. Iavoid their food as much as possible and have it about once a year to remind myself that there are other options to enjoy. Read more
Was looking forward to a Grande breakfast burrito but it's mostly tortilla... would appreciate more ingredients inside the... tortilla and for it to be an actual grande burrito, this is smaller than the bean burritos I've ordered. There was no one infront or behind me in the drive through and would have happily waited for a full burrito.. Read more
It's never open, even when online says it is. I stopped in at 4:50pm and the dining area was closed. We had to order drive... through and eat in our car. Today at 2:20pm, I went to the drive through and was told they weren't opening until 3pm. Againnothing online let's you know...it says "open". Do they not realize they are next to a high school with a number of after schoolsports and kids that need food?? They're missing out on a major market ???? Read more
