One of our favorite bars in the Vancouver area. It is a very chill and unpretentious environment. Our favorite hidden gem.The... bartenders make you feel welcome and have always been friendly go to us. Huge selection of whiskeys to choose from and they knowhow to make a cocktail to suit your needs. My bf wanted an old fashion but I wanted an old fashion with Japanese whiskey andthey were both so good. This is my go to spot for whatever mood I am in.\n\nAlso it\'s such a plus that they have happy hourthat lasts until 7pm. God, we had so much fun here! Came in on a quiet Sunday for my birthday, just me and my partner. We had a blast making... conversation with the bartender and trying cocktails. Not to mention, the appetizers we shared were delicious. Now we have tocome back when it’s sunny so the other half can smoke a cigar on their porch. Highly recommend checking them out! Read more
Pretty well rounded presentation of whiskies. Kind of nice to see that Vancouver has enough interest to support something so... niche.\nShares the patio and menu from Shanahan\'s so there is plenty of solid bar food to soak up whatever \'juice\' youchoose.\nInterior finish is very nicely done and allows comfortable bar and table seating with pleasant light andambiance.\nCigar case had a fair bit of variety with some downtown pricing. Cocktails here are outstanding. Bartender made me a gold Rush even though he hadn\'t made one and that blackberry bourbon sour... was really good too. The Sidecar here might be a regular drink to rotate in and out of trying other ones. It\'s really tasty.You can also get an order of Shanny Fries from Shanahan\'s while here as well, or other food, but you know you gotta get someShanny Fries. Read more
