Gotta say... usually Wingstop is great, it's our go-to if we want wings! However tonight was thoroughly disappointing. We... ordered two 8-piece classic wing meals; I got mild sauce, and my husband got Louisiana Rub. What we got instead was the hint ofa hint of flavor wings, drenched in grease. There was NO sauce on mine, and my husband's were so lightly seasoned that even my"can't handle mild salsa" tastebuds weren't picking up much flavor. I placed my online order at 4pm for 5:15pm pick up- I arrived promptly at 5:15 to pick up my order and ended up waiting 30+mins... for my order. While I was waiting I saw customers who came and placed their order at the counter and received their order within15 minutes(well before I received mine when placing it at 4pm). Needless to say I will NEVER return to this establishment. I?mvery busy and could have easily swung by Fred Meyer across the street, bought some wings and made them myself in the time Istood there waiting for my $45 order. Not to mention their wings are sub par and nothing I couldn?t make in my air fryer. Neveragain. Waste of money and most importantly, a WASTE of my precious and valuable time. The ONLY reason I chose this place isbecause I thought it would be a quick and convenient pick up on my way home, boy was I wrong. Thanks for robbing me of my timewith my children and my money with your over priced, poor quality wings. Garbage! Fair warning to all. Do yourself a favor andgo buy a bag of wings and some frozen fries at the grocery store- it will save you time and tastes the same. Have ordered many times here, and order has always been spot on. Most other reviews I believe are people being petty and giving... 1 star because they didn't get napkins in their bag or something else dumb. Would definitely recommend this location! Read more
Door dash would not let me order boneless wings and the night crew gladly wrote down my information to make them boneless when... the order came through. When I received my order they were bone-in but when I called the store back they were awesome andrealized the mistake. I went back and the night crew was extremely friendly and remade all of my order to be hot and correct.After getting home I realized the crew had made my 8 piece order into a much larger order as a way to make my night. I had avery tough week and this crew made it a lot better. Good job! Read more
Called to place an order for pickup was told I couldn?t do hot lemon for pickup so I did delivery get my order and still had no... hot lemon I call them and Dakota decides to tell me what he ? SPECIFICALLY ? did when I?m literally looking at my food. Onlyleaving this because he instead of apologizing he decided to tell me what he specifically did as if I wasn?t looking at it &it?s not a sprinkle in sight. After waiting an hour and a half for a small order it was completely wrong. Incorrect sauce on my wings, NO RANCH and the wrong... drink. After calling and asking for a manager, someone got on the phone and pretended to be the manager, would not give me hisname and said the only way to get credit is to bring the food back!! Order a "special" that came with 16 boneless wings to go via mobile app. Went in not a single customer in the store. Employees... were cleaning which was good to see. They all saw me come in but continued to clean. Took almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me.They were nice. They packed the food for me and i left. The wings were so tiny it was ridiculous, don't understand how theywill pack this and think it's acceptable. Only one I got was an almost normal size one I usually get from here. The lemongarlic was salter beyond even wanting to eat it and normally salty food doesn't bother me. My wife is the type of person whowon't ask for a refund even if the order is completely wrong or they are missing half the order. Even she said I should get arefund because it was horrible. Read more
We had wings and cheese fries delivered this afternoon. When it arrived it was still very hot and the wings were nicely stacked... and separated not to mention how delicious they were! 2????????to whomever was working this afternoon, you did a great job! Read more
