VERY RUDE STAFF. I deliver for Uber Eats and tonight I walked in for a pick up. I'm standing at the register and the girl skips... me and helps the person who came in after me. I'm still standing there a few more minutes and she does it again to anotherperson who came in. When I mentioned how I was being ignored I was given an attitude and told she "can't keep track of who'snext" even though I'm standing RIGHT AT THE REGISTER. So she rudely gives me the bag (which ripped open at the top at thatpoint) and when I asked for the drinks she gave me even more attitude. At that point I gave the bag back and said someone elsecan come pick it up because I wasn't going to deliver it after being ripped open because I guarantee if I would have asked forit to be re-bagged I would have been given even more attitude. I have ordered from this location 5 times. Not once has my order been correct. From missing or wrong sides to entirely wrong... orders. Today, the wings are rubbery and have zero flavor or heat. The jalapeño cheese sauce? Is plain and cold. Today was thelast time I order from Wing Stop. Read more
Went in today with a friend to show her around Vancouver and we received a disgusting attitude from Wingstop's management. I... politely told the staff something was wrong with the fountain machine. Every drink we tried just tasted off. I've worked incustomer service for a few years now, so I spoke to them the way I would want to be spoken to, with respect. A woman with redhair came up telling us they filled the machine with corn syrup last night. I didn't understand what that meant as a response tomy complaint, but I went with it. I could tell she was very dismissive about my complaint from the beginning. Then she startedasking other customers, (very loudly) if their drinks tasted fine. The two boys answered "yes" then she turned to me and said,"Everyone says it taste fine" before walking to the back again. I decided I wasn't going to drink from the fountain, especiallyafter the rude interaction. She went back there complaining to another coworker that she'll just refund the entire meal. I don'tbelieve she knew everyone could hear her, so she just refunded my drink back to me. I realized she wasn't refunding it back tomy card either so she just gave me cash. I told her I needed to do a complete refund of my meal and my friends. She said, "Youwant to refund the whole thing?!" I told her yeah. She did the refund without saying a word or giving eye contact. We told themto have a nice day and walked out. We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings across the street and received better service. I'massuming they've had issues with their machine before because of the "corn syrup" response she gave me, but I know to never comeback to this Wingstop again. The staff were okay, but the management needs a change immediately. P.S: She gave us too muchmoney back for the refund so we just used it as a tip at Buffalo. Read more
Not the best wings, not the best sauce, but pretty good sides. Honestly, the wings here are depressing. Even when ordered extra... crispy, you can expect them to be rather rubbery. The sauces are nothing to write home about, unless you are writing home torequest your mom sends you a good sauce to put on their mediocre wings. The sides are their saving grace. Even though it'susually overcooked and dry, the Cajun corn is delicious! The fries are tasty, but be sure to request a little extra crispy orthey can be underdone. Overall, I couldn't recommend this as a wing place as there are several better options in closeproximity. Read more
I find this Wingstop location to be faster than the other Wingstop in Vancouver, with the same good flavor selection for both... fries and wings. The quality of my wings has been consistent, and the fries remained crispy even during the car ride. I likeWingstop because it's cheap and you get a good deal for what you pay. Would definitely come here again if I'm craving somegarlic parmesan boneless chicken. Read more
Finally a location close to home?We stopped after doing our weekly Costco run on a Friday evening to get an order to go. We got... there when it wasn?t too busy yet - placing our order (2) medium orders (8 boneless wings with side & small drink) and was told25 / 30 mins. We waited by running next door to the pet shop & when we came back (after 20 mins) the place was packed. It tookan additional 15 minutes beyond the time but it was worth the wait. I had the lemon pepper (my very favorite) and mild (buffalosauce) with veggie sticks (didn?t want French fries to get saggy on the way home). I did get an order of Cajun Corn (small). Itwas well package for the less than 5 minute drive home?Got home and the chicken was great, the ranch yummy with veggie sticksand the cajun corn was still warm & had interesting flavor to where I would definitely order it again. The person that help me with my online order was very nice. But the soda and ice machine was broken so no soda for me??????? I... was offered tea or water i took tea and yes it was worm without ice???????ok the frys were undercooked. And the wings were alittle dry. Its my lunch time so i eat them anyways. Read more
While the service was decent and the food was out on time I find myself repulsed by the food I received, all the wings seemed to... be half cooked and tough with hardly any sauce in them, all the wings were thrown into the same box unlabeled so my partner andI had no idea who?s was who?s. By far the worst food I have ever received by wingstop and the sad part is I don?t seem to be theonly person who feels this way, and it doesn?t seem to bother them. the owners and managers need to do better.
