This Arby's is without a doubt the best Arby's I have been to in several states. When you unwrap your sandwich you know it was... made with care. Take the top bun off and put your sauce on replace top and enjoy. No need to pick up meat and put in bun. Themeat is perfectly stacked on bun. The employees are so friendly and are always smiling. Employees also walk over to table andcheck to make sure is okay and ask if they can get you anything. It is always a pleasure to eat at this Arby's while inVandalia Illinois. Read more
Not only was the staff pleasant, friendly and professional from the moment we walked in to order, but this Arbys staff was over... the top! We ordered inside the restaurant and took our food to go, when walking out we noticed we had a flat tire. Arbys wasclosing but the manager offered to help by letting us know we are allowed to wait inside if we need to wait for help even afterclosing, and she even called her husband/boyfriend to help in case we could not get the lug nuts loose. Then, to top it alloff, an Arbys employee named Dwight Crumb not only checked on us several times to see if we needed help, but he also helped liftthe spare tire onto the wheel and helped by placing the flat tire in the back of the truck. He was outstanding, courteous,friendly, sweet, kind, and went above and beyond to help, he even talked to our puppy! Thank you to Dwight, and thank youeveryone at Arbys for not just doing your job, but being the person/people who goes the extra mile! And the food was great too! Service was exceptional!! Read more

One of the best Arby's we have been to. We ordered the 5 classic roast beef for 10$ . The sandwiches were clearly made to... order. They were hot, juicy and delicious ????. We also ordered a large curly fry and they were crispy and cooked toperfection. The manager was checked us out . She was fun and playful......The bathrooms were CLEAN!!! ???? I wasn't surprised. Today is my birthday and unfortunately within the last few days I became homeless. I came here to eat and Jessica was 100%... patient and friendly with me.
