Ordered online, pizzas were not even made when I came to pick them up 5 minutes after scheduled time. Was told another 15,... waited 30. Went back in 1 pizza was done and the other hadn't even been made yet. Wth?!?!?!!?!Wth?!?!?!!?!? So they don't makeorders together?!?! Awful customer service!!!!!! Will go to Ramsey next time. I had a doordash order of a dozen donughts from here they weren't ready at all, they said wait 15 minutes so I did. They didn't... even start making them. Made me wait 35 minutes when it was exposed to be a door dash order (already made upon my arrival)Horrible service. Made me waste a lot of time and money. They do not have any customer service. Friendly staff and great food, especially the pizza. I?ve been on crutches lately, and they have been extremely helpful. They... grab what I need so that I don?t have to hobble around the store. I would definitely recommend this place. Read more
Staff is pretty nice stores usually clean on the inside and out. The food they make in store isn't actually too bad better than... i thought it be. Pizza can be a lil greasy but it's still good would recommend. Read more
I shop here all the time stop in for gas and to buy cigarettes or just for a bite to eat everyone that works there is very nice... the place is always clean and a great place just to pop in for a quick bite or gasoline. Read more
I used to really like Casey?s but lately the experience is horrible. What really pushed me over to no longer have my service at... Casey?s is the rude male employee who makes the pizzas. I placed a carry out order for a specific time when I got there only oneof my four pizzas were done I had to wait and the employees were standing around talking and then when my pizzas were finallydone the employee suggested that I put in an earlier time if I want them done at the specific time requested. My words to thisemployee is that if a customer put in a specific time that it?s your duty to manage your time to make sure that those pizzas aredone at the time they requested to be picked up. Do not blame the customer because you?re inadequate to know how to time manageto make pizzas. I will no longer be going to Casey?s and I will also be telling my friends and family to put their businesselsewhere. Read more
